Having read previous reviews I rang hotel and asked about an upgrade. Lena was very helpful and advised what I would be getting for extra 20 euros a night. This was a bigger room with guaranteed views looking out to sea as room is higher in building. It was perfect. We could see boat taxis coming in and I never tired of view. Myra - apologies if I have spelt that wrong- on Reception was so obliging and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. The couple serving breakfast were strict with Covid rules, but that was needed and they were friendly once they knew you understood rules! The pools are lovely but too deep for little children. The only negative for us is the fact that bar area is so quiet and shuts at 8. The nearby Plaza and Mare hotels both shut. But we went into town a lot and also went to Kanapitsa taverna on beach. Everywhere was quieter than usual - strange year....Thank you Cape for making our holiday special. I would recommend hotel.

I had read some pretty terrible reviews before coming and though I know Kanapitsa I’d not stayed here before. We were given room 315 on arrival and it was totally as things look on the website and booking.com. Beautiful. Spacious. Amazing view from a terrace with grass to the front and beautiful views of the whole bay even from the bed. The manageress and the reception man were so helpful and immediately brought extra sheets and pillows as requested. The bed was firm but really comfortable for me and my daughter. The air conditioning was perfect unlike some and this is important for a good nights sleep. The bathroom was lovely. So much nicer than many Greek hotels. Of course there was water on the floor after every shower because .... GREECE! The odd thing was also Greek. I don’t understand people complaining about mosquito marks on the walls! How odd. Mosquitos also happen to good hotels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The build of the hotel is modern so the corridors are a little dark but it is part of the style and not a problem. Everything was lovely and thanks you to Maya on reception and Manolis and I don’t know the other guy’s name! I’d definitely stay again.

After reading previous reviews we were a little hesitant to book but once we arrived we found the hotel to be very clean, well managed and newly refurbished. The room was modern with an amazing sea view, breakfast was a classic continental breakfast and the pool area was well maintained and, again, made full use of the incredible view. There is a choice of 2 beaches either side of the hotel which were both really nice.

Back again to this lovely quiet hotel, set on the headland, with fantastic views. The rooms all have seaviews, and the rooms are kept very clean. The staff are all really friendly, and we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
