We’ve had 5 nights here and would highly recommend it. It is far more charming and elegant than the photos on Tripadvisor suggest. Everywhere is immaculate and spotlessly clean. We’ve stayed in a one bed apartment with sea view which is tastefully furnished and has plenty of space, thoughtfully designed. Bed is comfy, good linen and good quality towels. The pool area is stunning, a wide and beautifully designed pool that has been very quiet during our whole stay. I thought a very nice touch was that the pool is officially closed for an afternoon siesta but if you were quiet you could still use it - really considerate and respectful for those that do/don’t want a nap. To top it all the owners Maria.& Yannis are incredibly friendly yet discreet. They are supported by a lovely and hard working team, We would like to say a special thanks to Niki who was so helpful before we arrived making our reservation and sharing information and was exceptional during our stay. Nothing was too much bother. Location is really good, a gentle 10 minute walk to the Old Port which has lots of great restaurants and bars. 2 min walk to the local beach where there’s a couple of restaurants. My final point of recognition is that our holiday was delayed from June due to Corona, our original plan was to postpone it until 2021 and Maria & Yannis had been prepared to move our deposit to next year which we really appreciated given how hard this season will have been for everyone. This family run hotel is incredibly special and definitely worth a visit. If we ever come back to Spetses we will be staying here

We booked last minute and couldn't believe our luck when we arrived by horse and carriage taxi and opened the gate to find a beautiful villa in gorgeous gardens with an inviting pool and welcoming staff. The room was immaculate, the al fresco breakfasts delicious and the host, Maria was warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the old port too. I hope we can return in the future!

We stayed at Vila Nika for a week at the end of July and had a fantastic stay. Our poolside apartment was excellent, with everything we needed for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel staff gave us a really warm welcome (Maria, the owner and Niki in the office) and were very helpful throughout whenever we had a any questions and our flat was cleaned daily and spotless. Villa Nika is a really well designed complex; not too big to feel swamped by other guests, but intimate enough to feel you're getting a very personal service. The highlight for us was the amazing breakfast each morning - no two mornings were the same, including a selection of hot food and Maria's home made cakes with fresh yogurt, all served on the poolside terrace - amazing! Villa Nika is also really well positioned near two lovely beaches and the old port (full of reasonably priced restaurants and cocktail bars). We'd love to return to Spetses and especially Villa Nika - it's a very special hotel.

Our stay at Villa Nika began with a very warm welcome from our lovely host Maria. She was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do while in Spetses. She even arranged for a taxi to pick us up once we returned to Piraeus. The staff was also very friendly and quick to attend to anything we needed. Our suite was charming, very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. The property has a beautiful large pool with lovely landscaping around. Perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring the island. Breakfast was delicious and included homemade jams and Greek specialties like spanakopita and tiropita, as well as tasty eggs, fresh flaky croissants, amazing Greek yogurt and fresh fruit salad. The location is excellent and within walking distance to gorgeous beaches, restaurants and the old port. We cannot wait to come back and visit!

We booked this idyllic-looking hotel for one night. When we arrived by the horse-drawn carriage we did not have change to pay the driver and fortunately we found a lady outside the hotel door (who turned out to be the owner) She said: “You are coming to my hotel, aren’t you? I will pay and you will pay me back later” So she paid the driver. What a wonderful welcome to Villa Nika! The room was great, the swimming pool clear and fresh, Mrs Maria always willing to offer advice on which places to visit and quick to book taxis upon request. The breakfast she prepared in the morning was really delicious and had great variety!!! Please, don’t you all book a room there next August, because we want to return!!
