Great small apartment complex. Lovely pool and nice apartment with Aircon in bedroom and living room. 5 mins to aghia marina beach which is pebble sand and stones. 15 min walk into main port and several mins to old port. 5 mins to a supermarket. Lovely owners and Niki who you deal with is lovely . If coming to Spetses you tend to fly to Athens and then get to pursue and get an appx 2 hr hydrofoil. We did it different on way out. Flew to Athens on 5.40 flight from LGW . Then got courtesy bus to Pops car rental. They do a one way hire car drop off to Kosta which is about a 10 min crossing to Spetses. Works out slightly cheaper than the traditional way. Appx 3 hr drive through nice Greek countryside to Kosta. We then got car ferry to Spetses. On way back recommend paying slightly more for 1st class if getting 2 hr Hellenic seaways hydrofoil . Is upstairs in wider seats and less seats. Upon reaching Athens port you can walk 10 mins to Piraeus Metro station where the Blue line now goes direct to the Airport with no changes. Costs 9 euros and ticket valid for 90 mins.

We booked last minute and couldn't believe our luck when we arrived by horse and carriage taxi and opened the gate to find a beautiful villa in gorgeous gardens with an inviting pool and welcoming staff. The room was immaculate, the al fresco breakfasts delicious and the host, Maria was warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring the old port too. I hope we can return in the future!

We had a lovely 4 days in the Villa Nika. Great location, near the old town. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Delicious eggs. The villa is perfect for a young family. Lots of friendly cats (and kittens).

We really enjoyed our stay ! Spacious rooms decorated with elegant taste, with excellent service. Although we enjoyed the swimming pool, it is very close to the beach for the youngest of our family. We felt very welcome by the owner and the service people. They were always available to satisfy any of our desires. We recommend it !

In May 2013 me and my girlfriend decided to get married in Spetses! we wanted to find a place to stay and use it as our base and be surrounded by our best man and our families. Villa Nika was the best place to do so as this is a small and cosy place and really makes you feel like home! the owner, Maria, is very warm and professional lady and the service is excellent. the place it self is near the Agia Marina beach where you can find a really nice beach bar and a decent beach. it is also very close (10 minutes walk) to the "old harbour" where all the night life of the island is at your doorstep!
The swimming pool of the hotel is very nice and the view from the suites is great, looking at the sea. since we had the chance to book almost the entire hotel for our family and best friends, we managed to have an opinion for all the rooms and i can say that all of them are perfect with space and good tasting furnitures! the yard is magnificent and you can also take your homemade breakfast there, which is the perfect start for your day!
Dapia (the place where the boats leave the travelers coming from Peiraious or pelloponise) is around 20 minutes walk but you can go to the hotel by taxi or a romantic horse carriage, just like the cinderella!
i definitely recommend this hotel if you want to spend some time in the beautiful island of Spetses and feel like spoiling your self a bit!

We’ve had 5 nights here and would highly recommend it. It is far more charming and elegant than the photos on Tripadvisor suggest. Everywhere is immaculate and spotlessly clean. We’ve stayed in a one bed apartment with sea view which is tastefully furnished and has plenty of space, thoughtfully designed. Bed is comfy, good linen and good quality towels. The pool area is stunning, a wide and beautifully designed pool that has been very quiet during our whole stay. I thought a very nice touch was that the pool is officially closed for an afternoon siesta but if you were quiet you could still use it - really considerate and respectful for those that do/don’t want a nap. To top it all the owners Maria.& Yannis are incredibly friendly yet discreet. They are supported by a lovely and hard working team, We would like to say a special thanks to Niki who was so helpful before we arrived making our reservation and sharing information and was exceptional during our stay. Nothing was too much bother. Location is really good, a gentle 10 minute walk to the Old Port which has lots of great restaurants and bars. 2 min walk to the local beach where there’s a couple of restaurants. My final point of recognition is that our holiday was delayed from June due to Corona, our original plan was to postpone it until 2021 and Maria & Yannis had been prepared to move our deposit to next year which we really appreciated given how hard this season will have been for everyone. This family run hotel is incredibly special and definitely worth a visit. If we ever come back to Spetses we will be staying here

We stayed at Vila Nika for a week at the end of July and had a fantastic stay. Our poolside apartment was excellent, with everything we needed for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Hotel staff gave us a really warm welcome (Maria, the owner and Niki in the office) and were very helpful throughout whenever we had a any questions and our flat was cleaned daily and spotless. Villa Nika is a really well designed complex; not too big to feel swamped by other guests, but intimate enough to feel you're getting a very personal service. The highlight for us was the amazing breakfast each morning - no two mornings were the same, including a selection of hot food and Maria's home made cakes with fresh yogurt, all served on the poolside terrace - amazing! Villa Nika is also really well positioned near two lovely beaches and the old port (full of reasonably priced restaurants and cocktail bars). We'd love to return to Spetses and especially Villa Nika - it's a very special hotel.

Located outside town, near to the Agios at Paradise Beach where a friend's daughter was to be wed, The Villa Nikka was a perfect place to relax in the sun. The two Marias were kind and caring, and our spacious, cool rooms could not have been more comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Shops and bakery were a few minutes walk. A short taxi drive made the port easily accessible, with more restaurants than could possibly be visited. The pool was delicious as temps rose into the 40's. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights.

While is a bit away from city center, you can walk to the old harbor to enjoy some nightlife and small taverns. Apartment was very nicely decorated, fully equipment kitchen, the whole place inspired you to stay more. Breakfast with fresh juice and variety of products.

We just stayed 4 nights at villa nika and we recommend this place because of : -its quiet atmosphere -the huge swimming pool -the charm of the place in general -the good and large breakfast -the kindness of the owner (maria if is spell it correctly) -the great location : 2 minutes walking from the beach Agia Marina (a beautiful one) and 5 min walking from the old port where are all the taverns, and next to a supermarket and motorbike rental. The only thing i could suggest to improve : the orange juice (to serve fresh squeeze orange juice or something more natural than the current one) but it did not change my general opinion on villa nika, which was that we made a great choice !

"There are two apartments with sea view, one is near the road and could be noisy on high season, we stayed there and it was good (Oct), the other one is quiet but less "dressed" to our taste."
There are more places to choose from in the Spetses area.
