We had a good time staying in the Pelops hotel. The building is beautiful, the hosts are very nice and helpful, the room is spacious, and the breakfast is good (real orange juice). Nice to have coffee and tea in the room (rare in Greece). I am a little less enthusiastic about the bed, and the heating/ventilation system makes quite...

We got to hotel Pelops around 7:15pm and were greeted and given a quick map of the town. A space heater was provided which was more than adequate for the room. The bathroom was clean and relatively modern. The bed was very comfortable. Also Susanna(owner) showed us where the best cheese pies were in all of Greece.

Excellent hosts. Great location. Nice room. My son was unwell and the really looked after him so well. They went out of their way to help. It is run by an Australian lady Suzanne and her husband Theo. They were just fantastic.

We had an excellent stay. We arranged in advance to take a cooking class after we saw the sights, and it was one of the highlights of our 10 days in Greece. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice, comfy, big bed, decent room, even has a coffee maker! Good breakfast. Best thing about this place is the host and owner, Theo. He gave us advice on where to eat in town, where to visit in the Peloponnese, and even let us check out late in the afternoon so we could spend the day sightseeing.

This hotel is nothing special: the room was clean but bare bones, the breakfast was mediocre at best, and the decor is badly in need of "refreshing"; still, it's an inexpensive place to stay and the owner was quite helpful with suggestions of restaurants. One note: be aware that the mediocre breakfast (at best) is not free, and runs six...

While this hotel is highly rated in the Rick Steeves guidebook we found it to be a quite ordinary budget hotel in need of up dating. The location is fine ( as with most hotels in Olympia ) and the rooms are OK but nothing special. The king size bed was quite comfortable but the air conditioning was basically non...

In a town that overflows with hotels, the Pelops is a cut above. Not just because it is well located, features comfortable, larger than normal rooms and serves a great breakfast. The family that run the place make an extra effort to ensure you enjoy your stay in Olympia.

Well located in the village of Olympia. The rooms are spacious (with a full bath!!!) - a rarity in Greece. Strong wifi. The place is spotlessly clean and the Spiliopoulos family goes out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant and meaningful. We've been to Olympia many times before, but this was by far the best hotel...

This is a nice and friendly hotel that has been operated by the same family for 50 years. Pride of ownership shows throughout the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with small balconies. We loved the high ceilings and even the quaint 1960's TV which we didn't open but brought back memories. The downstairs lounge and breakfast area is...
