A very pleasant hotel located in a quiet and peaceful area. Very close to the beach - sunbeds for free, just order a coffee, coke or whatever. Prices are very affordable, even lower than in coffee shops.
The hotel itself is clean, rooms cleaned daily. there are clean towels for the pool. The water in the pool is clean - sometimes the needles from the trees fall, but it's not the fault of the staff :-).
Owner and staff very nice and helpful. buffet breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves. 15 minutes walk to the center of Prions, there are taverns, cafes, shops and a port with ferries from where you can sail to Kavala.
There are two great tavernas in the vicinity of the hotel. in one every Wednesday Greek evening with music and dancing.
I heartily recommend.

Fantastic small hotel 100 m from the beach with free sunbeds. Rooms cleaned every single day, we received clean towels and sheets daily. Tasteful breakfast and really good coffee was a big wow. Everyday enough space at the swimming pool, nothing like big busy resorts. The biggest plus is friendly and helpful staff, all of them, in the kitchen, reception, at the bar, cleaning ladies were motivated and kind, worked with a smile. I recommend this hotel to absolutely everybody. Greets for Two and both Sofia's ❤️❤️❤️

Going there for the seventh time this year and every time the satisfaction is the same. All you need at hand, whether you go with friends or family. Clean and comfortable, outdoor pool, very close to the beach, taverns or shops. The family that runs the place is great and very eager to help. Nice breakfast and drinks at the pool bar. Very convenient to go with children. We highly recommend the hotel.

Rather nice hotel run by family, clean but tiny rooms, bathrooms definitely need lifting, breakfasts ok, location could be better not in terms of walking distance to shops and tavernas, this is ok, but you have to pass some garbage containers which is not comfortable. The hotel has wifi but very often available only by the pool, not the lobby, and ask son of owners to get the router out of his room to have better signal... Staff is very friendly.

We selected that hotel on the booking.com, and it was really nice that we have received what we expected.

We arrived at night but they were waiting for us, and the room was ready. They spoke English, so there were no communication problems.

Rooms were neat and clean and properly furnished. Sometimes the water pressure was not really enough for the shower, but it happened just twice on rush time. But the balcony was also fabulous.

The breakfast was humble, but more than enough, unfortunately they were not serving entirely Greek breakfast. But local bread was served as yogurt, tomato, cucumber and eggs in different variety too. Cheese and cold cuts were also served, as cold drinks and coffee too.

The pool and the pool bar was a great pairing, but I felt the bar definitely overpriced. If drinks would be served just for twice of the "local supermarket" price, everybody would drink there throughout the day.

The environment and the surrounding was beautiful, nicely blossoming oleanders were everywhere.

Unfortunately the WiFi service was quite weak, probably a geek would apply a filter to prevent online streaming or mass downloading to keep the bandwidth always enough for average users.

I found many poor reviews about this hotel on various websites.
However, I consider the hotel is average, they deliver what they promise (or almost all).
The hotel is suitable for families with children, B&B.
Average to good service, the hotel run by a family.
The pool is clean, the not organized beach is very close. If you want organized beach you need to walk ~500.
The garden is nice and good for spending time there.
Wifi only at the reception and pool might be a minus.
If you don't spend too much time at the hotel, it is a good choice for a vacantion.
Enjoy!

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Near to every beach ( island is really small, so doesn’t matter which way you go, always find a beach😅.)We didn’t want to leave in the end of our holiday and say goodbye such a nice owner lady.💙Definetely is better when you have driver license, so you can see all island, we saw charming places, but just some of them, thanks to bus from travel agency, because there are no regular bus lines on the island.

It is a family-run business with little staff, offers an acceptable breakfast, with quite small rooms especially in the case of apartments. Peaceful place close to the sea and a number of restaurants.
