Staying at Niki’s is a throwback to simpler times!! A gem, in a gem of a village (Skala Sikamineas). Niki is so lovely. Everything is clean and tidy. Rooms are basic, but have what you need (including aircon). Most rooms have a little balcony looking out to sea. Perfect!

Very nice family pension.
Mrs Nikki is wonderful, helpful and very kind
Value for money accomodation. Near square of the village. Nearby parking lot. Kagia beach is just 5 mininutes away by car. The village is picturesque with plenty of taverns.

A wonderful experience! Quiet, Friendly, Staff were Excellent. We have already stayed a number of times in this hotel. Quiet location in the heart of Skala Skamias, welcoming and helpful staff. Wonderful courtyard with orange trees, excellent breakfast, very clean rooms. The best restaurants of the Iland nearby.

Eccellente è la parola che meglio sintetizza questo hotel ... semplicemente eccellente.

I stayed in this wonderful place for only a couple of days...yet there are no words to describe what a unique experience it offered us!!! It's like heaven on earth! Our room was very comfortable, clean, tranquil and surrounded by a beautiful garden with colorful flowers and trees. It had a perfect view of the harbor and Panagia Gorgona! In addition, it was really close to the main square and it was easy for us to take a short stroll whenever we wanted to! Mrs Niki, owner of the pension, was such a lovely lady, very helpful at all times, always with a smile on her face ,she really made the whole place shine!!! The perfect example of greek hospitality!! I highly recommend it not only for couples, but for families as well. It will honestly amaze you!

The room could not be more basic in terms of decor and amenities; cheap furniture, no TV, rotting window. The worst part of my stay, however, was that the bathroom had not been cleaned since the previous renter; there was hair and dirt on all the surfaces as well as small bugs in the bathtub. No one had bothered to clean it! This is not acceptable when charging €45 per night, during low season for Greek islands. Even worse, the lodging is clearly taking advantage of the refugee crisis and charging €45 during low-season simply because NGOs and volunteers have arrived in the area to help and they are willing to pay (this area is a small beachfront village where boats filled with refugees are arriving.) Please note, before the refugee crisis, rooms at Pension Niki went for about €20. Profiteering at the expense of refugees' drama is truly a disgrace.

Hello dear guest (WatchfulTraveler) We are sorry if you didn't enjoy your stay, however we assure you that all rooms are cleaned before new guest arrival plus our daily cleaning service that we provide. Pension Niki is such a wonderfull place to stay, Very good located in a peacefull area close to the center of the village where you can find tavernas with delicious fresh fish and other traditional food. The room was clean and with all the comforts needed and nice view to a church called "Panagia gorgona" (the Holy Mary mermaid)! The marvelous garden of pension niki is the best place to relax. Ms Nikki who takes care of the place makes that pension realy outstanding. The real meaning of greek hospitality.

I traveled to Skala Sikamineas to volunteer, and I stayed at the Pension Niki for the first couple weeks of my trip. Niki and her family are wonderfully generous people, who made me feel at home in a place I'd never been to before. The rooms are air conditioned and cleaned often, and the courtyard is a gorgeous place to relax. It's one of the more expensive hotels in Skala Sikamineas, but the amenities are well worth it.
