Lovely hotel with quiet rooms overlooking the sea; 5 minutes walk from the seaside, and a couple of tavernas, collected us fro free from the bus stop; friendly service and good value - whats not to like ?

Super view from sea-facing room that was roomy, clean, fully-equipped and air-conditioned. Breakfast adequate. Shower and sheets clean and changed. Difficulty of finding cars for rent on the island solved with the help of the staff. Friendly owners who were proud of their island and its uniqueness. They spent time advising where to visit and how to journey.

I stayed in the hotel in August of 2013 and it remains the worst hotel experience ever. The owners were behaving as if they didn't want to host us, were awfully rude and not helpul at all. We were extra charhed for an air-conditioner which proved to be a huge portable unit that you cannot use because of the noise it makes (of course we were not warned about it). However, the owners would not accept to remove the unit and charge us the standard room price. Not to mention that the standard price is already ridiculously high for those rooms. They are tiny and with very old furniture. Also tiny is the parking space which makes it very hard to park if the hotel is full. Last but not least, the cleaning service was unaccpetable, which means that the bathroom was dirty when we arrived and we had to ask for clean towels every 2 days as they "forgot" to change them. Of course we tried to move to another hotel but they were all full at that time.

The view is average compared to f.e. Cavos Bay. There was no aircondition and the electric fan was rusty and not clean. The worst was the smell of cellar, bad ventilatin, cigarette and respiration. The owner tried his best, but this hotel is definitely a fallen star.

We spent five nights at this nice hotel. Clean and with good service and nice rooms with a fantastic view. Very relaxing and peaceful and with a very good beach in walking distance. We will surely coma back to this wonderful island.
