We had a lovely stay at the Park Hotel, the staff were so attentive and made our days extra special. We have already recommended the hotel to family and friends and would love to return again in the future. Our room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfy, very nice fresh breakfast with a good variety of food.

Well decorated rooms and really clean. Polite and helpful personnel. Breakfast is OK for. 3 star hotel but when it gets crowded the service is not adequate. Hotel is 10-15 min walk from Aristotelous square. Be aware that there is no parking service .

First visit to Thessaloniki and stayed 5 nights. Upon arrival they advised us we were being upgraded. Our room was on the first floor and we had a balcony with a view over the road in front of the hotel/road leading down to centre of town. Hotel is very modern and accommodations are very smart. Breakfast was included and was buffet style - lots of choices and staff were there to assist in need. Location of hotel is good - 10/15 mins to centre of town/water front. Lots of good restaurants close by.

The friendliest staff, central location, excellent value for the money. We are very happy with the selection. We will pick this one on our next visit. We decided to stay for 2 days in the city of Thessaloniki on the way from Chalkidiki to Athens. A friend recommended the hotel and we are happy we made the right choice!

We stayed 3 nights at Park Hotel in June and we are going to come back! It's very nice 3 star hotel. The hotel is walking distance from the centre. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, tavernas and shops around the hotel. The staff of Park Hotel is very polite and kind! Always they are ready to help with smile! Rooms are very clean! And it's very important nowadays. The breakfast is good! Only one thing disappointed us! It's coffee at breakfast. It's really terrible, so we went in the city to enjoy it. Dear staff, please, put better coffee and so everything will be perfect at the hotel!

The Park Hotel is located about 800 meters from the city center and the water line. The hotel staff are all charming and kind (alex helped us print the flight ticket and was very kind). Wonderful breakfast. Our room was without a closet but we got along. The shower is large and clean.

I booked a room for two nights, and unfortunately due to the Visa issues I couldn't travel. Asked the Hotel staff 4 weeks earlier to cancel my booking and refund my money, however they refused it and simply did not care for that. I had to reach the Booking.com staff in order to get at least one night refund. I would say be aware if you think to book on this hotel! Personally I would never recommend to anyone this hotel. The staff knows how to smile until they get your money and when you are in a bad situation and you need their understanding and their help, they simply change their attitude towards you and do not care. Furthermore they do everything to fight and remove those feedback's if someone says the truth. I stayed for two periods (one and two nights) in different rooms. Both roomswere well designed, although not very big. They are clean, functional and the bed is comfortable. Both rooms were equipped with balconies facing the square with an archeological excavation. Staff is friendly and breakfast good.

We booked a group of 14 rooms for a social event in September 2021. The whole process of enquiring and booking was seamless and Zoe and the rest of the staff were very quick to respond to enquiries and requests. The feedback from all our guests, who stayed minimum two nights at the hotel, was excellent, regarding hotel location, cleanliness, staff and general condition. The location is great as everything is in walking distance and most rooms have very interesting views. Would definitely recommend for independent travel and groups.
