We spent 3 days in this hotel, which has an excellent location to explore Thessaloniki and still staying in a fairly quiet area. Rooms are comfortable; in particular we had a family room and it was very well organized and distributed. Staff goes the extra mile to help you out; as an example, one staff member prepared, while we were out, an hand written map of the town with suggestions for places to go and to have meals. And he did knowing that he would not have been there at our return and would have been unable to speak the suggestions out. Chapeau!

We booked a group of 14 rooms for a social event in September 2021. The whole process of enquiring and booking was seamless and Zoe and the rest of the staff were very quick to respond to enquiries and requests. The feedback from all our guests, who stayed minimum two nights at the hotel, was excellent, regarding hotel location, cleanliness, staff and general condition. The location is great as everything is in walking distance and most rooms have very interesting views. Would definitely recommend for independent travel and groups.

Decent location, pretty close to the main sights of town. Up a slight hill so you will lug your stuff a bit from the bus stop.
Rooms are pretty small, European style. They also assigned me one of the worst rooms on the first floor facing the street so quite a lot of street noise. They wouldn't budge on anything higher than the first floor even though I booked a view room. Not a great first impression.
Rooms are renovated but somewhat spartan, such as no tissues, and no bottle of water. It has the other standard amenities though. Bathroom very small, and you'll have problems showering without bumping the glass all the time. Very little space for luggage as well.
Breakfast spread is small and standard. Not high quality but it gets the job done. Overall an ok place for a short stay. Even though they didn't treat me too well I will give a fair review.

First visit to Thessaloniki and stayed 5 nights. Upon arrival they advised us we were being upgraded. Our room was on the first floor and we had a balcony with a view over the road in front of the hotel/road leading down to centre of town. Hotel is very modern and accommodations are very smart. Breakfast was included and was buffet style - lots of choices and staff were there to assist in need. Location of hotel is good - 10/15 mins to centre of town/water front. Lots of good restaurants close by.

We have just stayed there for 6 days. Every staff member was so nice and professional. The front desk staff was exceptionally polite and efficient. Buffet breakfast has a very good wide selection. Our room that facing the street and the park was clean and quiet with excellent double glazing windows.
The location of the hotel is very good, central yet peaceful, walking distance to great restaurants, shops, bus stops and taxi stands.
Highly recommend.

Very good location close to the center of Thessaloniki, Cooperative parking in 5 minutes walk many cafes and taverns near the hotel which is fully renovated. Very good price quality ratio. I'll be comfortable again.

I stayed for two periods (one and two nights) in different rooms. Both roomswere well designed, although not very big. They are clean, functional and the bed is comfortable. Both rooms were equipped with balconies facing the square with an archeological excavation. Staff is friendly and breakfast good.
