The hotel is a very nice restored neoclassical building with large and comfortable rooms. All employees were friendly and helpful The breakfast was rich. I think the price for value is low and I will be happy to use this hotel again in my next trip to Thessaloniki. By far the best hotel in this part of the city compared...

Generally good, guest friendly hotel, placed in city center. 15 mins walk distance to the touristic parts of Thesaloniki. It's on the crowded street, but our room was very quiet. The staff is very helpful, restaurant serves good breakfast.

The hotel is in the center of Thessaloniki city. Its outdoor is a traditional Building architecture. Its in indoor there is a sympathetic cafe. Its staff especially in reception section was very kind and helpful at all. Its prices are fair and its a recommended hotel for accommodation. There is also a free wifi!

Staff very helpful and friendly.Hotel ideally situated for our needs. Breakfast very good. Rooms not overly spacious but were extremely clean and tidy but it was more than adequate for our stay. Wish the mattress and pillows had been more comfortable.

Hotel is located in heart of Thessaloniki. Rooms are small, but when you are on vacation you don`t hang out too much in your room. Staff was very pleasant, but their English could have been better. Breakfast offered is a classic continental buffet style. Traveled for New Year`s Eve

We spent 5 nights at the Palace. The hotel sets on the corner of the main street through the city center. There is a Café attached as well. The service is really good. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the staff at the buffet breakfast excelled. One server insisted on teaching us a few Greek words while we...
