The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast: not buffet-style, but you actually order from a menu. The choices are really nice, juices and coffees perfect (try the cappuccino..!) and the staff very kind and fast. Rooms are spacious and have a beautiful 20's 30's decoration with wooden furniture and high ceilings. The bathrooms need a complete upgrade though.... More

I stayed four nights in July and enjoyed a delightful experience in all respects. First, the people. All hotel staff I met are nice, friendly people who go out of their way to provide the service you need, and always with a smile. For instance, when I had very little time for breakfast, the chef rushed and delivered in no... More

a historic building, but rooms are large enough and very comfortable, very clean also. Located in the heart of the city, close to everything, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants...Staff is very nice and helpful.

We had a nice stay and I rated 5 points because the price we payed ( 95 euro ) is like in other 4 stars hotels in Thessaloniki but the conditions are better. Situated in the heart of the city, big rooms, nice intimate and strange reception, like somebodys office, good breakfast but as a minus I would state the... More

We arrived slightly early but our room was ready which was handy. The room was huge, with arm chairs and a sofa as well as a good sized bed. There were complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee although no milk. The bathroom was also large with the shower/bath in a separate little room. The shower was nice and powerful with plenty of... The hotel is in a classic 1900's building, very well renovated. The rooms are spacious and have very high ceilings and the breakfast is great (you can order from a full catalogue for free). The staff is very helpful and polite and the location of the hotel is as good as it gets since it is in a pedestrian quite... More

The hotel is perfectly located. It is small and has superb service: very attentive and with a delightful personal touch. Among the best we have received ever! The hotel bar is a gem: perfect for people-watching while being treated royally by the waiters. Also, delicious, cosmopolitan music! Our room was very interesting (in a good way) -- high ceilings and... More

A quiet luxurious gem within walking distance of most of the attractions of this vibrant and historical city. We were most impressed by the attentive ,friendly staff and the accommodation . Our room was bigger than many London flats !

Second visit to Thr Bristol. Took four friends from Aust with us this time. All impressed with hotel rooms, staff and service as we were on our first visit last year. Great position too! Breakfast best in Europe! Staff couldn't be more helpful - booked our train tickets on line which took quite a long time, but the gentleman was... More

One of the best hotels in the city and Just in the heart of Ladadika. The rooms are very big and with discreet luxury. You have many options around for food and also in walking distance some of the best attractions of the city. The staff is polite and ready to help you if you ask.
