Excellent hotel in a good location. Beautifully designed, very clean! Excellent breakfast. We met the waiter Nathan who simply thrilled us with his lovely service. Champion. The food is very tasty and generously served. The staff is very professional and goes out of their way for the guests. Highly recommended. Definitely a great choice and we will be back again in the future.
I found this hotel on TripAdvisor for a small trip with my family as we visited Thessaloniki from Istanbul. It’s excellent through and through. Ioanna greeted us and has helped us from the get go and the entire staff was wonderful and superb. I highly recommend the breakfast and also the dinner at Anza Restaurant. We will never forget the kindness of Vanoro, especially after the devastating earthquake in Turkey. Nothing would make me happier than staying here again when we visit Thessaloniki.
On 21st feb we went to Thessaloniki with my wife and my two sons. My son has booked to hotel Vanoro for 3 nights. MS. Ioanna welcomed and briefed us. Hotel is a new one, with very nice rooms a nice lobby and dining room and Spa and fitness room. Breakfast and meals are excellent. All the personel are friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is walking distance to sea where all Restaurants are located. We spent 3 wonderful days in Tsellaloniki thanks to Vanoro hotel Erol Germirli
I have just visited Thessaloniki and stayed at the Vanoro Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and the food is excellent. The staff speaks good English and they made our holiday a perfect one. I wish to recommend is hotel. The location is excellent and the restaurants are walking distance. The room was spacious and clean.
This is a good new hotel with a couple of small issues. First the good. The location is excellent, near the station, the waterfront, and the main restaurant area. Our room was quite small, with a slightly odd shape, but it was comfortable and well appointed. The star attraction however is breakfast, which was outstanding, and ranks amongst the best I have eaten anywhere in the world. The small issue we had was housekeeping, who never cleaned used coffee cups, or replenished the coffee capsules. They also never replaced toilet rolls and we had to go to reception to get one. Hopefully this is a teething problem, and will get sorted. I also take issue with the hotel calling itself five star. It is good, but it is not a five star hotel, which would have larger rooms and more facilities ( and a higher price ). Why make the unnecessary claim?…
Hotel is nice and cozy, location is good as well, nice rooms and comfortable bed, service is nice as well as excellent a la cart breakfast. Issues with parking should be solved, as it is is main street and its difficult to even stop for offloading the gear from the car
Perfect stay at Vanoro hotel, Atrium loft suite. We stayed three nights and we had an exceptional experience. Accommodation, cleanliness, comfort, personnel, facilities, breakfast, all were exceptional. Definitely, we will stay again at Vanono hotel, we loved it.
Very nice, newly operated city luxury boutique hotel in the neighborhood of upgraded Vardaris in Thessaloniki! Very polite young staff with a smile on their faces, a job well done! We stayed in a deluxe double bedded room on the third floor fully equipped! Food quality was very good, needs more ideas regarding the structure of the dishes. Direct access to Aristotelous Square, the beach front and the harbour! I strongly recommend this hotel for business and leisure!
Great service, comfy beds, nice spa and good location all came together to make for a lovely stay. The manager Nikos and all his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Anna at the spa provided excellent service and an amazing treatment. The rooms are modern, warm and homely with lots of wood, home comforts like Nespresso machine (with Lavazza coffee) and different lamps and lighting options. The beds and high thread count sheets are very sumptuous and comfortable ensuring you will get a great night’s sleep. Overall I had a great stay as The Vanoro has everything you need under one roof, including the amazing Anza restaurant with delicious innovative food and service (from Betty, JP & co.) Great teamwork and all these in-house options ensures that Vanoro is the perfect choice for a short Greekend or longer stay! I look forward to returning soon.…
This is a terrific modern hotel, nicely fitted out and with very helpful staff. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever had at a hotel, and the inhouse restaurant is both convenient and good. You can walk to the hotel from the train station if you only have light luggage. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, and about 15 minutes to the Archaeological Museum.
