This hotel was tired and rather noisy. The food (buffet style) was bland and uninspiring. The hotel is in a poor semi-derelict part of town and walking outside at night felt unsafe. However exploring the environs in daylight revealed that there is nothing to see in the locality. It is situated close to a rail station and seemed to be hosting... More

Luxurious, yet affordable. The room was realy comfortable and clean with a hudge bed and accesorised with many things that make the visitor's stay very pleasant! Great roof top swiming pool. Every body there "pampered" us with big smiles, wherever we went. they offer the ability(for us smokers) to choose a smoking or no smoking room. The food , though, was... More

The hotel is very nice. Love the rooftop (which is the highlight of the hotel) where you can relax in a sunbed especially in the afternoon with the sun setting down, while watching over the city. The rooms are clean and the staff was very polite too.

- Free roof top swimming pool, I didn't stay at the hotel but had free access to the pool - Drinks are expensive but worth it, as the entrance to the pool itself is free whilst to others normally costs 10 euros + (You are not allowed to bring your own food/drinks to the pool) - Popular with the locals... Nice hotel in city center and a very big one. This is our second time in this hotel, first (last year) we were in triple room, and now we were in business class room. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great, all sorts of Greek specialties. Parking is below the hotel, you must reserve it in advance.

A group of 5 of use stayed here when doing volunteer work at refugee camps. The hotel staff at check in were rude and unhelpful. The entrance hall is the most attractive part of the hotel. The rooms were clean, small and in need of upgrading bathrooms as others have said. The pool on the roof is small and we... More

Dear guest, The hotel features 18 room types for different budgets, so you were allocated on the room type that you booked. Upgraded room categories were at your disposal at higher cost. The operation hours of the pool are from 11am to 8pm, under the surveillance of the life guard. However, there is nowhere allowed in the world, to swimm... More

Room was clean ,wifi was free, breakfast was excellent and the staff very helpful. The hotel residents can use the cheap bus services and there is a bus stop just outside. The only minus is the noise from the roadworks for the new metro .

Nice hotel but a little bit old fashioned. The breakfast was excellent, a lot of options. The bathroom was a little bit dirty, stains in bath and on curtains. Linking air condition but as soon as we informed the receptionist she called for maintain. 30 min walk to aristotelous ! Television not working!

The only good thing about this hotel were the maintenance workers who were quick to act to fix all the un-fixable issues. When we arrived at the hotel, the man at the reception desk told us that the two rooms we had reserved did not work for our combination of people (4 adults and 2 kids). We figured he knew... More

Dear guest, The issue is that you booked a family room that is bookable for 2 adults and 2children. For the 2 extra adults you had to book 1more double room. However, it was too late to arrange these details on your arrival and we offered you the last available option to accommodate 6people, who were paying for 2 (if... More
