Nicely designed hotel in a good location just steps from the 'White Tower' .. Spacious rooms , nice bathrooms with nice products ... Definitely a good location for an 'urban stay' .. Friendly helpful staff. Nearby Parking can be arranged ( in a very cool automated car park !) Only minor downside was the breakfast .. as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant they have an arrangement where they deliver your breakfast in a box to your room .. the breakfast is good, but it's a bit awkward to eat with limited seating space in the room and the hot stuff isn't going to be that hot by the time you eat it ... There's plenty cafes nearby which would be a better option ... Stay there definitely, but don't go for the breakfast !

Hotel is so well located, 2 minutes stroll from the white tower and within walking distance of Thessaloniki main sites, restaurants and bars. Staff gave us recommendations which was so helpful. Leo was especially helpful and pleasant however everyone had good public skills and spoke English very well. Housekeeping was exceptional, room was clean towels replaced every day. Room had all amenities,air con, fridge coffee maker, TV. We had a balcony big enough to sit out on but no views, we knew this beforehand. Hotel is minimalist but comfortable. However much we tried the shower always sprayed onto the bathroom foor, it's a design issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price for the facilities.

The room was very nice and sielant. All members of the team on the front desk were kind and very helpfull to me and to my wife. The hotel is in the center of the city. The hotel is connected by a deal with a very good parking place , which cost 13 euro per 24 hours.

Pillow was a great place to stay in Thesoloniki. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and there with great English. The room was small but comfortable with a really nice balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. We also took advantage of their parking partnership with a local garage and that worked nicely. Would highly recommend staying at Pillow.

Pro:The best location in the center of all the activity but tucked away on a tiny street which provides a quiet sleep. Very safe area! The staff were exceptionally kind. Rooms are extremely clean and offers everything you might need shampoo, conditioner, body soap and body cream, blow dryer. Coffee and teapot. Bed was very comfortable pillows were a bit hard to sleep on. Con: Our view of the white tower was not truly a view from our room as advertised. We had to go out to the veranda and lean over the railing to experience the view. A bit deceiving in my opinion. Overall it was a great experience and would recommend staying at Pillow Urban Stay

This Hotel is one of the most pleasant, friendly, comfortable and super clean hotels we have stayed in, the past 10 years. Close, within half a stones throw of amazing restaurants for every budget, sights, museums, night life and taxis (when you’ve exhausted yourself). Laladika where you will experience the most amazing food and return for 5euros back to your comfortable rooms at Pillow Urban. We have to include the little cafes opposite the Pharmacy. The cakes, the bougatza, the falafel the frappes. All great with capital G We cannot speak more high of the staff at Pillow Urban. Tidying our rooms around our comings and goings was no problem. Clean fresh towels and linen every day, Nespresso coffee (not the cheap pods either). Fresh cool bottles of water, faultless wifi. What a gem. Management have chosen the best staff to represent their hotel. So polite, pleasant and helpful. Excellent location , everything for visiting is walking distance. Good bed, very quiet in a small street next to the White Tower. The staff at the reception is VERY helpful and will give good advices. The only "negative" thing is the breakfast delivered in the room, you don't take it in a breakfast room which I personnaly prefer to meet people

Absolutely great location - walking distance to anything of interest - sea, center, just about everything. Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit confusing to get to the hotel in the car - expect to make a couple of rounds - not the hotel 's fault, just the way the city is laid out. The hotel doesn't have a breakfast area - a breakfast box is delivered to the room. My recommendation is to forgo the hotel breakfast and look just behind the corner for a couple of good coffee shops with spanacopita and all. The hotel offers discount parking at the garage nearby. Highly recommend.
