Staff was really nice. It was okay to arrive late and leave early and there was always someone at the reception. Room was super clean, bathroom also. Very affordable and quite close to the trainstation. Only problem was the internet, which worked well at times but minute later not at all. Would recommend for friends.

The room was quite clean and tidy. Of course we did not expect any luxury and the room was just fine. The main problem we had with the personnel. They were not unfriendly, but didn't help us out sufficiently either. Also, when we forgot several stuff behind (only because they had delayed us and we would lose our flight), we... More

Plus: -The people at the reception was friendly and helpful. -The location of the hotel is great. Minus: -We had a problem with the heating of the room. As there is no other room available they provided us an electirical heater which was radiculious. - could not have a shower in the morning because of the lack of hot water.... More

We were there at the end of October. The room was tidy and clean. We both liked it because of its cleanliness. The cleaning staff were very helpful. What I did I asked the receptionist to show us the shower cubicle. After the disaster at the Mandrino Hotel I wanted to make sure I could swing a cat . I... More

I know it is one star, so when you're booking do not have luxury in mind. The room is essentially a neither comfortable nor uncomfortable bed, washroom, and tv set. Don't expect much more, but you get what you pay for. What I will say though is that the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! Most of the staff I... More

Needs a major renovation. The noise from the proximity of Egnatia road and some work they did on the second floor was a big problem. The decorations and utilities of the room and bathroom old and basic. Otherwise clean and the concierge willing to help. Coffee good ,the only time I ordered, cant tell about breakfast since we didnt try it. Bed... More

Heading for Thessaloniki airport for a lunchtime flight meant I needed a place to stay the night before. I booked a room online before leaving UK. Arriving at Egnatius,Thessaloniki's main road through the centre, was a bit daunting but inquiring at a nearby 5* hotel soon got me to the unprepossessing entrance. The young guy behind the counter was friendly,... More

We looked last minute for a hotel, all was booked. We tried Alexandria and we where not disappointed. Eur. 44,- per night not really cheap (no breakfast included) but the room was clean and the beds just fine. Couldn't receive the wifi, but other guests did. So maybe my problem. Hotel is nicely located at the main road of Thessaloniki... More
