We were staying at Azure memories, this resort is adults only, described as luxury hotel. Rooms are very clean, employees are super friendly. Very good connection to city centre, taxi all time round the hotel, so you do not have to wait. But it have to be mentioned that 99.9% of guests were from Poland (at least at the period we are staying 9-16.9.2019). Second night: drunk young lady at 2 am was knocking on the door. Tried to enter into the villa & screaming something in Polish. Next day when we tried to talk to hotel employees we were told “I do not know, I wasn’t there that time” Third night: there were disco night, have to be mentioned that there played mostly polish songs, so it doesn’t make any sense to another nations visit that place as they (we) simply do not understand to that music :) but that’s ok it’s happens Starting from fourth day till today (15.9) there are polish guests making mess around all resort (as per attached pictures: empty bottles of alcohol on the pool etc... pool is being occupied from the morning till the evening by noisy guests (same people make news around) playing volleyball, so all another guests can not swim in main pool.) As it’s clear that for that resort polish tourists are the key guests hotel management not really pay attention that such situations. Does it worth to visit Resort Azure memories ? - if you are looking to have luxury vacation, to be surrounded by the guests who understands what “quality” time means - NO - if you are going to “all inclusive” to get free alcohol, to get drunk from the morning, mess around- YES, so you can be sure that no one from hotel management notice your behaviour. P.S. it’s my first review ever. I am writing not to put hotel employees into bad situation (they are very cool guys at bar, reception) my review is addressed to people who might want to come there as your resort is being represented as top luxury resort in here, but reality is different.

The hotel is dedicated for adults, which is an ideal place for vacation with friends. Private swimming pool, a variety of different drinks. No Kids. Delicious food. Majority of tourists staying in that hotel are Polish, which is definitely an advantage for ex. for my parents. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Of course you can compare this hotel to other 5star hotels in Dubai or Thailand, but please keep in mind that the price is different.

Having just returned from our family holiday we would definitely return to Azure Villas, each villa has its on pool and is very private. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The villas themselves are very comfortable and of a good standard, in good order and very clean, the staff were excellent all very polite and extremely helpful. We didn't encounter any noise issues during our stay. The cleaner came every day as did the pool man. The villas are in a quieter end of town, but within easy walking distance to the beach, water park, restaurants and shops. The local restaurants offer a good range of cuisine at very reasonable prices.

Arrived late evening and was quite impressed by by the external look of the villas. They are all situated on a private road ,which was all lit up.A very friendly chap showed us all around the villa ,and was about most days incase we had any issues.Villa was spacious and very clean, and was cleaned everyday by a lovely Greek lady.I be read most of the reviews on these villas and found some abit hard, yes there are barking days and yes the curtains let in the light, but the owners got rid of the odd dog that came up the road, and as for the curtains your on holiday it's beautiful sunshine. We were in villa number 8 where everything worked no problems. My comments on the area are a little to commercial for us , however bit quieter at the restaurants by the sea, lovely food at peppers .We found an area where some boats where and used to swim there, overall we as a family enjoyed Zante great food friendly people.I am going to mention the villa again as on our last day I asked wether we could keep the villa until 6 pm(late evening flight) i spook with a lady on the phone and she said she would check the booking and get back to me within an hour, knock on our day and it was Kristina, she said stay as long as we liked as it was nt booked.I offered to pay more euros , but she said no it's ok, so there you are last day no worries with cases or what to do ,just by the pool and enjoying the villa.I can t thank them enough first class.i would recommend these villas but as for the area it's self a week was enough.
