Out of the three places we stayed during our two week visit to Corfu, our five days at Villa Romantica were by far our favourite. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely Michael who explained that as there were no guests staying in the private villa, he would upgrade us free of charge. We stepped into the villa and our jaws dropped - no expense had been spared in creating a magnificent sanctuary. With the private heart-shaped pool, 360 degree mountain views, the softest double bed imaginable, and countless other luxuries, we found it hard to leave the villa at all! We personally found that the first two resorts we stayed (Kalami and Sidari) catered too much to English tourists, especially Sidari, however in Kato Pavliana and the nearby Agios Mattheos, we truly got an insight into authentic Corfiot life. If you are looking to get away from the crowds and relax in the serenity of nature then you should certainly consider a stay here. I'm sure we will be returning in the future.

We just came back from our trip to Corfu where we stayed in Villa Romantica with my family. You need to rent a car to get to this great place, from the airport it took us around 40 minutes to come there. Near there is an amazing village of Agios Gordios, colorful warm local village with nice friendly people,I could fell the atmosphere of this place,so relaxing. We met the wonderful family Pagalis, the owners that are very friendly and helpful with any questions and requests we had. They also have a taverna in the village down in Agios Gordios where we went to listen to a live music and a Greek night. The villa apartment so great, huge, modern inside with the sharing pool and nice surroundings. The views are perfect, to seat on the balcony and enjoy the views, the sunrise. And the village and the apartment situates in the middle of the island, you can go any direction with the same distance. By car we visited so many wonderful beaches and villages. We would love to come back to this wonderful place with the great location and impeccable service.

We were here for three times first in 2012 and then in 2013 and now in 2014. A nice place to stay and whit a fabulous views at the east, south and the west of Corfu. In the village Kato Pavliana Its also a bakery were you can buy fresh bread every morning. The lovley familien Pangalis are all the best. They are making your holiday to the best ever. We will definitely be back for several times. If you and your family wants an unforgettable stay in Corfu Villa Romantica is the right place to stay.

The villa's grounds are serene and peaceful making it ideal for relaxation. It is away from the crowded and touristy areas adding to its comforting appeal. The villa was very nice and clean. It has a huge balcony with a mountain and swimming-pool view, perfect for drinking our morning coffee and watching the sunrise. It was both convenient and fun to rent a car because there are many nice beaches and establishments to explore. We preferred Agios Gordios beach town which is a 5 min drive from the villa. The owner of the villa also owns the taverna Romantic Palace which we highly recommended. We spent most nights eating dinner there. The owners were highly attentive and accommodating to our every need. We felt very taken care of during our stay. This was my family and my ideal vacation spot and we will most definitely be back soon!
