Well past its best. Needs a refurb. Arrived to a clean room but with a smell of sewers. Ancient & noisy aircon unit. Cold bacon and cold, hard eggs for breakfast and not much of a choice. Expensive but I guess that is what you pay in the town centre.

After staying 5 nights at this property, I have no complaints. The room was fine the only two, slight negatives are that the A/C was a bit weak, even at full strength. The TV is the smallest I have seen in a hotel room - this was not an issue for me, however, as I did not use it. Also, there need to be more electrical outlets near the bed. The lighting was excellent. The bathroom was great - spacious, with good water pressure, and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was very good, with decent variety. My only critical comment - and it’s not a “deal- breaker” - is that while all the staff were professionally polite, there was never any real warmth from anyone. Having said that, if I were to return, I would gladly stay here again. It is well located in the city center, a 7-8 minute drive from the airport ( a set rate of 12 euros by taxi ).

The is very well located in a quiet area, near the park, old town and castle. Hotel is clean and cozy. Service is excellent! The rooms are relatively small and contain basics. Most room don't allow beautiful views of the town. Breakfast is reasonable though not reach.

Beautiful old hotel, decor and excellent location for old town, marina and seafront. Breakfast nice. No mini bar in room, despite the description on their website. Rooms very clean, quite old decor, bathroom worn out. Housekeeping staff very friendly and clearly work hard to keep it immaculate and Covid safe. Reception staff curt, polite, not very helpful. Roof top terrace bar, stunning views, marred by quite possibly the rudest, almost aggressive staff in a bar!! Almost amusing it was so incredulous.

We stayed several times there over the years. It became worse and worse. The final break was, when we opened the air condition unit. We had a bad smell in the room. It was full of mud and mold. Definitely health-damaging. We escaped immediately. We follow the hotel development and hope investors buy it and make a complete refurbishment. The views to the castle, to the sea, is the best you can get in Corfu. But not at present times, with this owner/management.
