Basic hotel that was clean and comfortable. Repetitive breakfast but restaurant food cheap. Fantastic location with the beach just across the road. The beds were very uncomfortable which was a shame. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the thunderstorms were great to watch. Wifi was quite hit and miss but didn't really use it. Owners and staff very...

The week I spent here was easily the worst week of my life in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the shower was hardly even a real shower and the air conditioning was dodgy to say the least. To make matters worse, the hotel staff refuse to actually clean the room or change your bed sheets...

The staff at this hotel are second to none. Fondas, Mia, Billy and Anya made us so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, they all felt like friends by the end of the week. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the rooms are absolutely immaculate. But the main selling point of the Aphrodite has to be the amazing views...

I agree with others the breakfast could do with a change although you could order other things for breakfast and its not expensive. My room was clean and adequate, yes the beds are hard but everybody has different preferences and they suited me...

Having been to Roda some 24 times in the last 30 years we thought a hotel would be a nice change to the normal self-catering. How wrong was I. The hotel has a nice public area and the pool is fine (apart from closing at 6pm) but the breakfast is the same every day - egg, bread sliced ham, sliced...
