Rooms a little dated but what a fantastic view. A stones throw from the lovely peaceful beach. Beautiful clean pool with fantastic comfy sunbeds. Lovely friendly pool bar with excellent food and friendly service. Nothing too much trouble.and everyone on the complex so helpful and friendly. Apartment was spotless and lovely comfy beds. Nice balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets from. Perfect for couples and family. Lovely bars and restaurants . Will definitely be back

We booked this holiday just for a week very much at the last moment because our holiday to Crete was cancelled by JET2. What a lucky and wonderful find. We stayed in the Superior block and any queries were fully answered by Lesley who is on reception most days. She has a wonderful command of Greek having lived there for many years. I’ve stayed in this type of accommodation for over 30 years in Greece and it is exactly what I would have expected with slightly more. The kitchen was well stocked with adequate cutlery, a sharp knife for fruit and a bread knife and even a bread bin and a chopping board. The correct quota of glasses and crockery AND a decent corkscrew, and 4 decent size mugs for tea or coffee & kettle & toaster. In the superior accom there is also a microwave. The shower had concertina doors which although might have seen better days, nonetheless was what I would have expected for the money we paid. I have stayed many times in the past in places which just had a ceramic floor tray and no hook on the wall for the shower so this to me was luxury to have a bathroom floor that was dry after a shower! To those who have not travelled to Greece before & stayed in self catering, it is customary to be supplied with a loo roll but thereafter to have to buy your own. Occasionally you might get a place that supplies them but this is the exception not the rule. It was the usual arrangement with air conditioning (40E per week) in that the French doors have electronic triggers that turn it off if the doors are open. The safe was 10E. Please note that at present, due to the Covid 19 regulations in Greece the cleaners are not allowed to come into your room (until you leave of course). They deliver towels every 4 days in polythene bags and you are supplied with bin bags both for the kitchen bin and the loo bin – the routine is to leave the bag (with the loo bin bag inside too) outside your accom every morning except Sunday. If you need them for any reason to come into your room then you will have to go outside whilst the cleaners or repair man is in there. There is a booklet in each studio or apartment detailing all this stuff about Covid changes to normal practice. I only stayed for a week but if you stay for longer then sheets are also presented to you to change your own bed due again to the Covid regulations. The accommodation cannot do anything about this because the rules are set by the Greek Government. In the restaurants and shops and in Vicky’s all the staff were very good wearing masks and I felt as safe as is possible in these difficult times. Mosquitoes are sadly plentiful and plug ins are essential as well as other precautions. The male cleaner was quite shirty with me about the fact that we still had not vacated our room at 11.25 (we were just leaving) but the handbook said just to be out before 12 – but apparently it is 11.00 so hopefully they will alter the handbook to say 11 for next year. I did not mind too much because it is such a palaver for them having to do all the sterilising of everything because (again) of the Covid protocol and is obviously a much more intense process than those halcyon days before the pandemic when ordinary cleaning took place. For those with Jet2, we were dropped in the dark at the end of the horse shoe shaped road but have a torch handy if you have walking difficulties. For the pick up Lesley told us to go to the pull in place on the other side of the road a little lower down than where we were dropped off. We went there and waited and the Jet2 coach drove past us and gesticulated in a way that did not make sense but appeared to be telling us to go back to the end of the road. We dragged our cases back up there and he said we should have stayed where we were in the pull in. His hand signal meant HE was going up the road and we should remain but without the benefit of a crystal ball I struggled to make sense of this. However, Lesley knew best and we should have just waited. The bar people are really lovely, the guy who runs it and the other staff are very very pleasant and chatty and have excellent English. All the food and drinks we had were really good. I think this accommodation represents value for money and I would definitely return. The setting is wonderful although the path to the beach is steep. It’s not a problem is you are very fit regardless of age but I found it extremely steep due to knee problems but it would not stop me returning to this lovely place. In any case I shall have new knees when I return!

We came here as a last minute holiday as we normally go to Thassos. However, it was wow. The views you get are amazing, the sun sets are the best on the island and you get to see them from your room. We stayed in the Standard Block, I would say that Jet 2 need to now say that they need an upgrade. It is still 1980s decor, a cell type of bed but it was clean. We didn’t have the rooms cleaned while we were there and we changed our own beds. Seemed to be the only hotel doing this but we didn’t mind too much. Towels changed every 3 days, which is normal. Don’t expect them every day. The staff were great and friendly. The bar is separate to the apartments but it served the best food and the Perros family are fab.

We spent several days at the pool which was spotless. It was very quiet . Sun beds very comfortable with sun shades. Stunning views of the sea and beach. Ate here at lunch time. Prices reasonable and food good quality. Can’t comment on the apartments as we did not stay here.
