I spent 14 days in a room with a magnificent sea view. I had a very warm welcome from everybody at the hotel with special concern of the owner. The spa is excellent with a great variety of treatment and the staff very professional and concerned. I had a Tailor-made nutrition program and the food was excellent and nicely presented....

At this 5 star hotel, I experienced the worst "watsu" ever, what I received was not even an Aquatic massage . .. where did this practitioner learn this from... youtube? I could not even handle 10 mins. of being manhandled... this giving watsu a bad name.. WATSU can be one of the deepest most profound , deeply relax and healing...

Terrible management , expensive for the level of services , it's a pity because staff in hotel & spa very good and helpful , no coffee machine in rooms , average beds , old wing needs renovation , not enough parking ,low level guests that cause trouble to other customers & the management cannot solve it , or they solve...

I believe it must be one of the best natural Spas in Europe. Two pools (one inside and one outside) with natural hot springs "miracle" water and a variety of choices for massage and body treatments from professionals. A five star hotel by the sea with luxurious health products and superb breakfast. Worth visiting if you need some break for...

Firstly, this hotel's listing on Expedia should be improved! Map shows location somewhere in the middle of the town, while its directly on the beach with hot springs ♨. Also, its not mentioned in description that outdoor pool has mixed sea and warm thermal water, and indoor pool - pure thermal water from spring! This is misleading and does not...

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and polite. The indoor and outdoor pools were warm with hot spring water. The spa service was decent. We had a great experience. The price can be considered a little high for the age of some of the facilities.

It is our first stay in this hotel. There are good points : the spa itself , namely, mud which seems to work and do its magic, the special water in the swimming pool. Nice aromatic sauna ( yes, you do need to ask receptionist to turn it on if you want hotter temperature). The hotel is not big so...

I visited the bar at the front of the hotel with friends and family. We were waiting for nearly an hour for drinks. At the end we just walked away. The bar wasn't busy at all (2-3 tables) however the service was terrible. There was no apology from the staff.

Our second stay in what is overall a quality hotel with good service. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools are very good with the indoor one 100% spa water and the outdoor one being 50/50 with clean salt water. Therapies are generally very good at a price you might expect. Special offers as well. A lot of treatments will run...
