Luxury at very affordable prices. Gentle staff, clean room.
Air conditioning that worked excellent. So we had nice warm while outside the temperature was at -2oC.

I've satyed three times in this lovely hotel, outside Ioannina. It's the perfect choice if you have a car of your own to drive either to Ioannina or to Pindos range with Zagorochoria. Very good prices, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I recommend it to everybody who does not necessarily want to be in the city.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed. Broken toilet seat, dirty carpet, internet was not working, no signal to use 5G either. Access to the hotel lobby should be requested from the reception as the lights were constantly off. The room and the corridors were smelling petrol which is ultra dangerous and there was mold in the rooms too. It says it has parking but the parking was not enough even for half of the rooms and they told us that if we leave the car outside the hotel, we are risking a fine, advising us to use a private parking 300m away. To be avoided.

The worst we have seen!!!!!
It's very dirty, it's old with broken and scratched furniture, it doesn't catch the Wi-Fi but neither does the mobile signal, just like on the TV it only catches 2 channels and the ones with snow!
The rooms are carpeted, the heating but also the cooling does not work and the pillows and mattresses are like sleeping on straw.
The sockets do not work and some lights in the rooms do not turn on.
The lights in the corridors are also not working.
Of course there is no soundproofing, even the conversations of the surrounding rooms can be heard!!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was average, but the breakfast room was quite nice. The room was clean and the bathroom looked newer than other side of the room. The beds were ok.
The room looked old, the carpet was terrible and bumpy. Glass door to the bathroom is very terrible choice. Views from the window were poor. Noise from other rooms and from the streets was very annoying. Air conditioning didn’t work so the room was very hot. Wi-Fi was poor.

It was a cheap terrible building, the night receptionist was a rude person who even to the rate of the night question, replied with “58 eu and not a cent less” even never having been asked for a discount.

Far from downtown... had to park on the street as "all 8" available parking spots are mostly taken. Internet was down all night. Buzzing noises all through the night. They promised 1-hour late checkout prior to omitting reservation then they requested additional 30 EUR for the 1-hour late checkout (yes ONE hour !!!).

The booked through booking and overnight one night charge 45 € with breakfast, greeted a polite lady at reception and gave me the magnetic card for the room, especially appreciated the bathroom had hot water in three seconds, the wifi is fast and nice breakfast, located 4 km from the center and if you need to dine you need transportation.
