With regard to quality in hospitality, the new demands that occur every day as well as the ever-growing demand for Ioannina region, we decided to move on to this project. It is our aim and goal to be the ones that will launch the developments, covering every gap in the needs of modern travelers (traveling for business or pleasure), to give a modern perspective with excellent infrastructure in organizing professional events & the ideal environment for every social event. We are confident that with the completion of the projects, we will offer to all our guests and partners a brand new product, a real “jewel” not only for Ioannina and Epirus area but for the whole of Greece.

Finding dog-friendly hotels is not necessarily easy but this one is perfect. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble - from finding us a room on the ground floor (much easier with well-travelled Bubble who is usually easygoing but does not like lifts and cannot walk up too many stairs because of a recent injury), to our discovering the room included two bowls and a dog blanket, a balcony to sniff the air as well as facilities for humans such as a coffee machine, a large marble-tiled bathroom with bath and shower, a very comfortable bed, sofa, a bottle of water and good wifi.

The head receptionist who was so kind making sure we got that ground floor room also remembered Bubble's name the next morning, which was very sweet of him. The best doggie bit is the dog park at the back of the hotel, perfect for a safe mini-walk.

For humans, breakfast was served in the Orange Grove restaurant and although it is a large catering space, everything we needed was there, from yoghurt to croissants to Epirus pastries.

There's parking on site, a pool for the summer and a spa should you be so inclined. We'll definitely stay here again, this was an excellent stay on all counts.

Just outside the city of Ioannina, one of the best hotels in Epirus. Large areas, easy access next to Egnatia Street.
The staff is very kind, the room is spotless, the only inconvenient is the classic hair dryer, extra iron for ironing clothes, a huge breakfast buffet.

We stayed at the hotel for one night as part of an organized trip.
The room was big, clean and tidy. The bathroom and toilet are clean. We lacked a coffee corner in the room
Dinner and breakfast were good. There are some nice curiosities in the dining room and it was nice to hear birds chirping in it.
The dining room is in a different building from the bedrooms building and you have to pass through a beautiful and flowery courtyard at the end of which is the swimming pool.
There is a small but very important problem!!! When leaving the dining room. There are "steps" about 1 cm high between each other and their color is light and gives the feeling as if it were a normal sidewalk. My wife did not notice this, fell and sprained her ankle (thank God it was not a fracture). When I pointed this out to the clerk The reception and I said that it was necessary to put a black tape at the end of each step that also prevents slipping, I didn't get any response.

Your experience at this hotel was not good at all!! Definitely not 5 star!!
First of all, it has central heating and only the cold air was working because they had turned off the heating. The room was cold, it was raining the day we went in mid April and it was cold so the room was very cold!!

At breakfast... I asked for a hot chocolate drink and they told me that I have to pay for it! It didn't have a lot of variety for breakfast and many were cold.... The eggs, croissants and many more... There was NO fruit, only that there were too many fake ones on the floor in breadcrumbs as decoration!!! Unbelievable but true! When I complained to the meter, he told us that he can't do anything and it's an order from the management. The employees were cold and unapproachable. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel again! There are better ones in the area, so be it
less stars ✨

In no case does the hotel honor the 5 stars it claims to have. In the room does not work the refrigerator of the mini bar and in our question at the reception they told me that so are the refrigerators in their rooms. It just exists as storage k to keep a room temperature. Cleanliness at a very basic level. Apparently due to a lack of staff we leave a change card in the linen and ask us daily to change or not the sheets in the beds. The presentation and decor in the room at a very basic level, nothing special, forgotten in time The bathroom and the mattress, good, looks recently renovated.
The hotel maintenance staff when I needed them served us immediately
The service at the buffet does not honor the Greek hospitality that we want to say we offer our guests, slow, you are looking for them to put coffee for breakfast or to remove a dish. The restaurant is renovated in a modern style. But they've filled it with fake trees and fruit.
But the tragedy is the food in the breakfast and dinner buffet. Very limited number of choices and low quality. In the breakfast or omelette is a table, like the army good time, the fresh cut fruits, the fruit salad not existing while all machine drinks except the French are charged enemy. At dinner buffet, things are even worse. Hot choices just 8 to 9. Salads composites 6 and those presented to gourmets 1/1, i.e. dishes in the size of a plate., while the vinegret for salads indifferent to the season...... strawberry sauce and actinide. The hot dishes were indifferent tasteful and standardized, the recycling they made from the kitchen was evil. The AXION, live cooling very poor, just one spring and this secondary, i.e. some pasta Chef of the kitchen sat in the hall like he was a customer all the time
The review is good optional and I believe to help you.

The hotel is surrounded by greenery, unfortunately a little out of the way. The furnishings in the large hall and in the exteriors are sumptuous. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. It might be a little excessive due to the predominance of black and gold in the corridors... However, an excellent choice of buffet for both dinner and breakfast. Late in the evening the pool lights up with very beautiful colored effects. .

I thought I was in Dubai. Tooooo much gold in the decoration.
A typical conference hotel specializes in hosting the MICE traveler segment.
As MICE travelers typically spend a large amount of their budget on-site. MICE groups use the hotels' banquet facilities the most. So this one makes no difference. Besides the specialized amenities, it also contains leisure facilities, full-service accommodations, and other amenities.
Great morning buffet (local dishes and fresh) and smiley and friendly staff.

Definitely the best hotel during the Greece tour when it comes to food. But the furnishings are obscene, it looks like what you would find in the villas of rich gypsies, full of gold and tacky. However, we ate and slept well and I recommend it, just to have an experience out of ordinary hotel standards.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere but beautiful. It's very tacky 😂, the kitsch fair, but the pool is spectacular, the gym is free and there is a small spa with many paid treatments available.

Dinner was really delicious and so was breakfast! We were all satisfied.

The conference rooms scattered around are truly bordering on ugly 😂 there is an area completely covered in mirrors! The creepiest thing I've ever seen 🙈

The rooms are very nice, the beds very comfortable.

Definitely worth seeing 😂

Renovated in recent years, Epirus palace offers a unique stay experience for everyone from couples and families to large groups and is also offered for organizing conferences. Excellent restaurant with a decor that refers to orange with large buffet and breakfast options for everyone. The small guests are welcomed by Mr. Baloo which is the attraction of the hotel for all children. Gentle staff and clean rooms. A real palace.
