A very nice hotel with an almost perfect setting at the end of the beach. With its unique situation literally on the beach with an incredible view from the deck chairs or from the restaurant it was a very special holiday. The restaurant uses home grown ingredients to create dishes that will tantalize your palate. We had a lovely spacious room facing onto the hill on the first floor with incredibly comfortable bed and a big balcony. We didn't even need to use the AC because it was never hot, the temperature was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. The beautiful town of Parga with its picturesque castle is located in a short walking distance. We first started coming here 6 years ago, and we’ll definitely be returning again.
I spent 8 nights at Villa Rossa in a time of coronavirus. The staff were fantastic, the food superb, and the room lovely. Parga is paradise. I went swimming every morning on the hotel’s beach, did yoga up the hill, took boat trips and hikes.
We like this hotel so much that we came back for the third time. As many of the other testimonies show, this is a really great place, with a nice vibe, beautiful and functional rooms, lovely balconies and nice and attentive staff. We had a lovely room facing onto the hill on the second floor with a big balcony, which is perfect for shilling out with a book or a drink. The bed was really comfortable too. One thing that was noticeable this year was the abundance of fish in the sea, at the beach in front of the hotel, which is a good sign and shows how clean the water is.
We stayed 10 days in August at the charming Villa Rossa in Parga, a first time visit which we certainly shall be repeating. With its unique situation literally on the beach with an incredible view from the deck chairs or the restaurant it was a very special holiday. Although the Villa prides itself on its place in Parga’s history, the project its young owners embarked upon 7 years ago to modernise it has been very tastefully done. The newly refurbished rooms in the “attic” were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable. The food was very good indeed, with fresh ingredients making all the difference, from the veg to the fish - they even have their own in-house baker. The staff were phenomenal- with a special mention for the delightful Alexandra whom we got to know well, usually during sundowners trying out the cocktail of the day (did I mention the mixologist?). We ventured out from time to time to other beaches, coves, the stunning castle in the old town and restaurants, but it always felt great to get back to the Villa where we felt very much at home and well looked after. Aphrodite, the original owner in 1903 would no doubt be proud of what her descendants have achieved. …
Very very nice hotel with an almost perfect setting at the end of the beach. My wife and i stayed in room nr. 1 a suite with balcony and seaview. The room is very bright and had the most quiet aircon ever. Super comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly and their service is some of the best i have experienced in all the places we have been. We were leaving early so we could not make breakfeast. The hotel prepared sandwiches to take with us. That’s a first 👍 Only one thing should be changed. Rental of standup paddleboards should be free for guests. They charged 15 euro an hour. So if you want to go to a charter destination witch Parga is, stay at Villa Rossa.
