We spent a lovely week at this hotel. The room was rustic but very clean and comfortable with very efficient air con (very much needed in August). The pool area was clean, quiet and comfortable and was great for chilling out. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hill to get to the hotel was very steep but was part of the fun of the holiday and kept us fit. It was worthwhile to see the stunning views from our balcony! Parga itself was wonderful and definitely somewhere I would return to.
On arrival, we were taken to our potentially 4* deluxe S/C studio. First impressions were that it was dark and gloomy, we had to put on the light before we could see the room. On inspecting the room and shower room, the walls were dark green & grey and their appearance looked just like a concrete cell (see image) There was a tiny kitchen, 2 electric hobs (which were old and worn) no drainer to dry pots as there was so little room, no area to prepare food etc, and no table inside the 4 star deluxe studio to eat you food (our food was prepared on top of the fridge) basic utensils, odd wine and tumbler glasses and odd cups. There wasn't 1 picture or style of decor on walls to make it inviting. Our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The shower cubicle was tiny, basic and flooded every time we used it. Very old fashioned. Dated. It was probably the worse accommodation we've every stayed in, I would not go back again and it is not a 4* deluxe!!…
Here is my honest review. This is a very clean hotel, owned by a wonderful family. But the hill is VERY steep and I would not return. Great parts: Lovely views and pool. Nice size rooms but bathrooms are small, with tiny shower and almost no counter space. Great views from balcony. The beds are amazing and the room is very clean. Good air conditioning. Small fridge. (pictures of the hotel are accurate). Pool on the smaller side and not deep but very clean. . What I would change: The breakfast was poor (sorry) and they would be better off with less options of higher quality. (for an eco hotel, fresh options were very limited, no tea was available, just coffee. Juice was processed, didn't have fresh homemade bread from bakery ). Not deal breakers by any means but this small thing that makes trips just more pleasant. And the challege: to get to the hotel the hill is steep and if you have to climb this 2+ times a day it is very challenging. There is very limited parking in Parga - so unless you leave the city centre you are not able to use a car to drive up and down. We are fit but even for us found it was a pain to do. Also there is no elevator and they don't help take your bags up - so we had to carry bags up multiple flights of stairs. The hill ensures we do not come back...and I believe this is not something that is viable for many travellers. Bottom line: The family that owns the hotel is very friendly, kind and wonderful but unless they offer some solutions to the climb they will be limited. (carts that take you up, bell hop that helps with luggage) I wanted to love this place - gave it a 4 because I love the people here, but I would not return.…
Lovely hotel, nice views, classrooms, traditional Greek breakfast (same each day). The ONLY downside is the VERY steep incline to get to the hotel from the road. Even guests in their 20s are struggling in the heat to climb. Within easy walking distance if Parga town (10 mins) and lots of tavernas nearby. If you don't mind the heart attack hill, well worth a visit.
My sister and I had a wonderful time staying at Enetiko Resort. Everything was perfect! The staff were so helpful and friendly, the breakfast, snacks and drinks were excellent, the pool was divine, the beds were super comfy, we couldn't have asked for more...
Just returned from a two week stay at the hotel. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff who without exception were ultra friendly, efficient and eager to please. Rooms a little dated but clean, roomy, and comfortable ,and all I believe with the breath taking view down over Parga. Breakfast possibly a little too greek for some palates but I am sure no one would go hungry as there was plenty of choice .Pool beautifully situated, spotlessly clean and sun-beds plentiful and comfortable. You do not have to fight for your spot.Hotel a short distance from beaches and all the town has to offer. Now for the one down point. The climb to the hotel from the street below is not for the faint hearted and should not be underestimated.Would we return ? Sorry Enetiko but no purely because of the climb. We rarely return to the same place twice anyway!.…
When you visit Parga you have to book a place to stay with a nice view and Enetico Resort is the right place … is not only the amazing view that is going to surprise you positive in this place but also the nice environment also the comfortable , stylish and full equipped rooms and “the warm welcome” of the hosts … I highly recommend
Currently staying at this hotel and it is absolutely perfect. After climbing the steep hill leading up to the hotel, the views are amazing from the poolside and from our room. (Number 3). Our room is extremely large with 2 balconies. A side balcony looking out to the sea & a front facing balcony with sea views and pool view. Plenty of storage space is provided. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the owners and staff are extremely friendly. Alex in the bar is lovely and a credit to this hotel. The pool area is very quiet with enough sunbeds and no early morning reservations needed. The breakfast is basic, but nevertheless still edible. We will definately return next time we are in Parga. The lovely town is a 5 minute walk, with a supermarket and bar across the road.
We’ve just returned from these “apartments de luxe studios”. There wasn’t anything de luxe about them. The studio was large and the interior was grey concrete. The “kitchenette”consisted of a fridge kettle and 2 rings all in a tiny cupboard. There was very little kitchenware, utensils etc and the only table was outside The bathroom was a concrete cell with a rickety shower cubicle. I know they endorse the place being eco friendly but surely making the studio light and bright with good facilities shouldn’t be a problem The pool area was clean but old sun loungers led a lot to be desired The steep walk up to the property was a killer!! Never again On the plus side the cleaners did a good job and the staff were pleasant
Super clean, quiet and peaceful. Very nice and helpful owners. Close enough to the centre of Parga without being right in the centre of the town and its noise. Built somewhat high up on a hill, gives excellent view to the sea but needs reasonable shoes if you intend to leave your car behind and move around on foot. Would love it even more if it had a small kitchenette to wash some fruit or make a coffee in the room. Nevertheless, a pleasant experience on the whole.
