Had a, wonderful experience at emerald suites. The place is clean and well managed, though a, bit small. Maria at the front desk was extremely efficient, helpful, considerate and always ready with answers. She gave personal attention to all the guests. Breakfast is served in the open courtyard and nice variety. The place is located close to fira and near to good cafes and a, supermarket in a, small village. The place is relatively new and has a fresh feel to it. Would certainly recommend.

Maria on the front desk has been amazing from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. Nothing was ever too much to ask and she went above and beyond at all hours to accommodate us. The hotel is beautiful, so clean, and well presented. The pool is lovely and the breakfasts everyday were immense. I would recommend a stay here over and over.

We stayed for 3 nights for our honeymoon, and I can say it was a highlight so far! From even getting a transfer from the port to the hotel the host Katerina helped us by organising a transfer which avoided dealing with taxis at the port! The moment we stepped in we felt welcomed. Katerina gave us all the suggestions as to what to do on the island and was really helpful and always smiling 😃. The room we chose was executive suite. It was very clean with a stocked mini fridge, aircon in the room was nice, of course the beautifull pool with jacuzzi was brilliant to enjoy the evening views of the island. The premises also contain a relaxing pool area for the guests with comfy bean bags to relax in or out of the sun by the pool. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby with traditional Greek food. The breakfast was just brilliant in the morning with the hosts putting in the effort with presentation and even bringing it to the room. Decently keeps you going for island exploration! The hotel is out of the noise and mass people of Fira We really like the style of the hotel, the swimming pool and pool area. Breakfast was really nice. Markella is so sweet attentive and welcoming ! We will stay again if we come again in Santorini and recommend.

We are currently staying here and I can honestly say this is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed! Let’s break it down for you all: Location: is right where you need to be slightly out of all the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in the middle of Thira if you want to be (about a 5-10min walk) it’s enough out of the area to be full of tranquility! Food: you get breakfast everyday included with your stay and you can choose to either have it communal poolside or up in your room (free of charge for room service!). The breakfast is delicious and made with fresh produce! There’s also a mini bar in your room and a coffee machine! Facilities: This is the main reason for this review! The facilities are out of this world here we paid extra for the superior suit which comes with your own personal hot tub pool on your balcony which is the most amazing facility ever. You also get a massive room with a separate living room, bedroom and bathroom with a massive walk in rainfall shower they also provide luxury shower gels, robes, slippers and fluffy white towels, tooth brushes and toothpaste. Staff: The receptionist Markella is an absolute star of the show she’s attentive and full of recommendations and knowledge about the area. Nothing is to much to ask and we felt so welcome and cared for! We thank you so much Markella for everything you did to make our stay so amazing! I spent 3 nights at the Emerald Collection this summer. The property is situated in Karterados which is walking distance to Fira. The proximity is close enough to some of the main activities on the island but secluded enough to feel like you have a break from the day. The overall design and aesthetic has a luxury feel. It’s a small boutique property so you get personal service from the staff. Kiki in particular was exceptional.

When we walked into The Emerald Collection Suites we knew we had chosen the proper place to stay. Everything was incredibly clean and we were greeted immediately by the finely dressed Kiki to show us our room. We chose the outdoor whirlpool suite and we were not let down. The room was gorgeous with all the amenities we were looking for. Kiki at the front desk was always available for questions including the best excursions to seek on the island. She was incredibly informative and when we return to Santorini we will always choose the Emerald. I highly recommend renting an ATV to explore Santorini and a Catamaran tour of the hot-springs and active volcano. If you're thinking of booking the Emerald, just do it, you will not be disappointed!

Lovely little hotel with beautiful rooms. We had a standard suite which was a brilliant size and came with everything you'd need inc bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast was brought to our private terrace each morning (not a huge selection for breakfast but perfectly adequate). The pool area was really comfortable and the pool itself a perfect size to cool off during the day. The staff were lovely, particularly Kiki in reception who made our stay that much better. Location wise it was a half an hour walk into Fira which wasnt a problem at all in the evenings but hot during the day. Would 100% recommend this hotel.

I love this hotell they treat you lika a King here! They are so Nice and you get help with any thing you want!!! Love the brakefast here, its not the same evryday. In Santorini you spend a not off money, but this hotell helps you to go to the best places with nice prises!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great! My friend got married and Amanda (the front desk clerk) was so incredibly helpful through the whole process. She called our taxis when we needed them, set up ATV rentals, gave us recommendations for restaurants, called in take out food for us, she even called our hotel in Athens to make sure everything was set for when we arrived. She went above and beyond to make everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Our room was great. We stayed in room 207 with the hot tub outside. It was big and spacious, suitable for 3 people. There were robes and slippers, a hair dryer, even tooth brushes if you forgot. The best breakfast too! They can deliver it to the room and everything was still warm! It was a great place to stay and not far from Fira.
