Not often I write reviews whilst still in residence but this place is amazing I would think the only reason it does not have 5 stars is it does not have a lift and the restaurant is attached rather than integral. The welcoming from Maria was one of the best we have experienced on our travels around d the cyclades. There are 4 of us. my wife and very good friends. The rooms are lovely and some have sea views.The. beach is 30 steps from the rooms. The Pelagio restaurant sits on the beach. Residents get a free sunbed. Guests also if they buy a drink. The food is excellent. Thank you Aristos for your wonderful service. Thanks to all the staff who made and are still making our stay so special. The location is superb. Special thank you also to Verbena who made breakfast memorable. What cooking and baking. Overall this hotel is better than the 6 star ones we have stayed at I'm Mykonos and Paros. Will definitely be returning to Iria hotel for a longer stay.

We spent three wonderful nights in this beachside hotel. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The hotel does not have a beach, but it is in a great location, only a few feet from several restaurants that rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. One offered them free with food purchase. Staff could not have done anything to make our stay better. From check in with a welcome drink to the fast, efficient check out, everything went without a single delay or problem. Staff helped with our bags and called a taxi when needed. The hotel was just a few hundred meters from free public parking for our rental car. Our room was clean, large, and well furnished, with a spacious balcony with lounges, a table, and a comfortable hammock. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip. We loved sitting on the terrace and enjoyed the home baked pies and other pastry items. But what really made this stay special was the way staff made us feel like family. We can‘t wait to return!

The hotel is footsteps from the crystal clear blue water. We spent 14 days traveling through the Greek islands, and this hotel was absolutely our favorite. The view from our room was stunning and the breakfast was terrific.

The beach is steps away, as are several restaurants. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean. The room was comfortable; staff were very helpful. Nice breakfast buffet with many Covid precautions. The hotel is hard to locate if coming by car, so park nearby and walk to it (free parking areas nearby). There are no elevators, so if you are unable to do stairs be sure to let the front desk know in advance.

We're not sure we can say enough good things about how helpful/attentive the staff at Iria Beach Art Hotel. Maria and Poppy were great at communicating with us even before our stay and made the stay that much more enjoyable. Whether it was helping us schedule transfers to and from the hotel, laundry service, or simply helping us choose which restaurants to try out, Maria and Poppy went above and beyond all expectations. The room was great with a fantastic balcony overlooking the beach. The location was perfect - on the beach, with quick access to ATM, motor rental, and bus stop to take you to town. There were also many great restaurants within walking distance. We would easily stay here again!

From the time the reservation was made until checkout, Poppy and Maria were exceptional in their communication and care for us. They were accommodating, responsive, attentive and flexible. We had a couple of things go wrong for us personally (cancelled ferry, lost cell phone) and they took care of us as if we were family. That is exactly how they made us feel. Great staff, terrific water pressure for showering, clean rooms and beautiful seating areas around the property. Great location with the public bus stop a block away, tour pick up stop, supermarket and rental cars just steps away. The accommodations and service exceeded our expectations.. thank you Poppy and Maria! The Lopez

This hotel was so beautiful! The staff was so helpful and thoughtful. We were traveling with our two kids ages 2 and 4 and the staff (Maria specifically) went out of her way to welcome us and accommodate anything we needed. The breakfast was great and the beach is right there. Our terrace looked like a beautiful painting. We wish we had more time at this beautiful place!

Very nice staff with very nice rooms. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and very efficient and helpful. Breakfast is fine with fresh orange juice and plenty of food, it is the same selection everyday. The location is excellent as its only about 20yds to a very nice beach with plenty of beds. The hotel does provide towels for the beach but you have to pay for umbrellas and beds which are €20 a day (per umbrella and two beds ) which really should be included in the price as this is not an inexpensive hotel.

Hotel's location was convenient (10 meters from the beach as advertised) but it does not have its own private beach or restaurant...those are owned by a third party that you need to deal with separately for ordering food to the room, dinner reservations and beach umbrellas. During high season time this can become a big hassle. Poppy greeted us nicely and ensured that the private transportation we had hired from the port to the hotel picked us up (although it was late). However, our request for setup of the second bed was not fulfilled upon arrival since there was no personnel available for it. Breakfast was not great and we struggled to understand what was offered as there was poor communication. Only room available was the honeymoon suite; three floors up the stairs, which was not optimal with kids and stroller. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, floor was dirty/dusty when we arrived. We stayed at this hotel during a big holiday in Greece, it was impossible to sleep during our second night due to the noise (high volume of music coming from nearby restaurants).

Iria Art Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in my life! What an amazing place! My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and did not want to leave. All of the staff go above and beyond to make your stay there truly incredible. By the time we had to leave it felt like we were saying goodbye to our friends. There were thoughtful touches like wine and fruit in the room when we arrived. They would also save us a beach chair with a towel each morning so others wouldn't take it before we came downstairs. They brought us food and beer before we could ask for it and catered to every need! I honestly can't say enough good things. Don't hesitate - just book this place. It's on the beach, next to an amazing restaurant (Palatia), with killer sunsets! You will not regret staying here!
