Located in Little Venice, the most popular and romantic place in Mykonos, where the sea meets the whitewashed houses. Experience true and authentic hospitality in our luxurious suites and delight the astonishing view of the Aegean sea's infinite blue, the sunset and the famous Mykonian windmills. In a newly renovated house, our wish is to continue Greek "philoxenia" (=hospitality), which is synonym with our home from the beggining of its creation and to ensure that our guests will receive memorable experiences, and offer relaxing accommodation that will make their holidays at Mykonos unforgettable and something they will always like to repeat. We care for your holidays, as if it were our own. We take great care to have a pleasant and trouble free accommodation, literally by the sea. Traditional hospitality, accompanied with the best services and proffesionalism, vouch for an unforgettable experience. The delicious breakfast with local ingredients, served daily at your balcony, constitutes the best start for the day. Located in the most popular spot of the island, next to where things happen, nevertheless peaceful and relaxing. Our suites have a simple, yet not simplistic, decoration that does not distract from the beatiful views, respecting the traditional architecture of the island. We will try to make everything easy for you, help you with car rentals, recommend and book daytrips and activities in order to discover all the beauties of the Mykonos.

We were blown away by the stunning views from our balcony. Honestly the views are to die for. We were also lucky to be upgraded to probably the best room in this awesome boutique establishment. Service was excellent and they were super responsive in their email responses. Breakfast at the balcony was superb. I also checked the restaurant next door which charges a minimum €100 for a booth to get the sunset views but the hotel informed us we get the same views from our balcony, if not better. Miss this place already.

Bluetopia Suites could not have a better location in Mykonos! You are literally in the heart of Little Venice with charming shops and restaurants at your doorstep. We sat on our balcony every evening and enjoyed the sunset while watching the hoards of people lining up near the windmills for the same view. Yet, we never heard a sound at night and slept wonderfully. Our room was spotless with a great steam shower and all of the essentials (coffee, refrigerator) and more. Service was also fantastic and the ladies at the desk made dinner reservations and provided us with great advice on activities during our stay. Breakfast was also wonderful and served at your convenience on the amazing balcony every morning. I truly cannot think of a single thing they could have improved upon and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the most quiet portion of the Old town ... all of the nightlife, but quiet enough to get rest when you are ready. Steps to the old port from which you can get to anywhere else you want to go. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant next door may have had the best food and views of our entire euro trip! Just dont leave your food unattended outside, the seagulls are hungry 😋

Stay somewhere else. Photos look great but trust me they are deceiving- rooms much smaller than pictured and all rooms don’t have a sea view- some stare at a building with laundry hanging on the balcony’s across the way with telephone wires so close the curtain could get caught on it in the wind. Curtains don’t even cover windows fully- no privacy! Stairs only here so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs- also don’t expect to be met at the port to get help with your luggage or find the location- you are on your own! not sure who was working that gave other guests such great hospitality because we got none. The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. Sure, breakfast is tasty and it is clean but that’s all I can say positive.

Dear guest, We would like to thank you for your comments. Kindly note that the room size is mentioned in the room description as well as the view of each type of room is depicted in the room title. Upon reservation, an e-mail is sent to all our guests with instructions of how to reach our hotel with exact location (Google maps). The guests choose if they prefer to arrange them a private transfer or to get the sea bus from the New Port to Mykonos Town. Despite carrying guests' luggages is not in our services, always we assist them to find our hotel or carrying their luggages, if requested, as in your case. Additionally, always we assist our guests carrying their luggages up stairs. We are sorry that we could not meet your request and relocate you to another room in the ground floor, but we were fully booked for the first days of your stay. With regards, Bluetopia Suites Team

Very little hospitality, overpriced but cute clean room. We had a unfortunate accident right before arriving which was not the hotel’s fault (one of us fell very hard and cut up and bruised both knees making walking very difficult). When we notified the hotel of our accident, they agreed to meet us at the sea bus drop off near the town. Unfortunately we still had to get to the sea bus from the ferry (other hotels had people there meeting them- Bluetopia would not meet at the ferry). We waited 20 mins in the hot sun waiting for Tania to meet us to help with our bags (my wife couldn’t pull or carry her bags). And they couldn’t take all our bags- only one large and one very small bag. In very few hotels have I been that said they couldn’t help an injured person with all their bags. And that was when we started seeing what they do with regards to hospitality - That’s when they informed us that our room was up a flight of stairs!! On the booking site it showed this as a 4* boutique hotel but never said there were stairs to most of the rooms. We asked to pay for a room with no stairs but none were available. After one nights stay where my wife was bedridden, we asked about a room without stairs because she had great pain walking and more going up and down stairs- again none were available (only 2 are on the ground floor). I get it - this is a small old hotel but our requests were not met with any graciousness or hospitality - only robotic responses that there’s nothing they can do. So I asked for them to cancel our reservation so we could leave and go to a place without stairs - they said that we can leave but that our money stays with them. At over $400/night that seemed like a costly option. We asked to speak with the owner and the owner responded similarly unapologetic about the lack of service and then the front desk person said we were immoral asking for our money back and got into a heated argument with my wife. They constantly interrupted us when we were having difficulties and never gave us options that were empathetic. The street view room was medium sized, very clean with modern accents and a clean bathroom. Unfortunately the lack of hospitality makes me unable to recommend this accommodation to anyone since you never know when something could happen where hospitality is helpful.
