Located in Little Venice, the most popular and romantic place in Mykonos, where the sea meets the whitewashed houses. Experience true and authentic hospitality in our luxurious suites and delight the astonishing view of the Aegean sea's infinite blue, the sunset and the famous Mykonian windmills. In a newly renovated house, our wish is to continue Greek "philoxenia" (=hospitality), which is synonym with our home from the beggining of its creation and to ensure that our guests will receive memorable experiences, and offer relaxing accommodation that will make their holidays at Mykonos unforgettable and something they will always like to repeat. We care for your holidays, as if it were our own. We take great care to have a pleasant and trouble free accommodation, literally by the sea. Traditional hospitality, accompanied with the best services and proffesionalism, vouch for an unforgettable experience. The delicious breakfast with local ingredients, served daily at your balcony, constitutes the best start for the day. Located in the most popular spot of the island, next to where things happen, nevertheless peaceful and relaxing. Our suites have a simple, yet not simplistic, decoration that does not distract from the beatiful views, respecting the traditional architecture of the island. We will try to make everything easy for you, help you with car rentals, recommend and book daytrips and activities in order to discover all the beauties of the Mykonos.

My wife and I stayed in Bluetopia in Mykonos for 4 days during our visit to Greece last Month. Our stay was arranged by a travel agency as part of a Greek tour but I picked the hotel myself. I selected it based on the rave reviews. The hotel is a cute two floors boutique hotel at the edge of the island in Little Venice area. The hotel has just 5 rooms, 2 rooms on the ground/first floor then a short flight of stairs will take you to the rest of the rooms in the upper floor.

Our room was in the upper floor, it had a nice balcony on the water facing the windmills where we enjoyed a fantastic sunset view and also where the hotel was serving our breakfast based on our selection from a menu and the time we asked to get the breakfast.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and it had a huge walk-in steam shower. In general we found everything as advertised and we were very pleased with our stay.
I like to give a shout out to the staff; both the front door ladies Niki and Tania were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Also the young man who brought the breakfasts to our room, should thank him for firmly screwing the balcony door in one evening that had a strong windy storm.

A point to consider that I saw it mentioned in some reviews, it is a nitpick about the inaccessibility of cars to the hotel. This is true due to the nature of the narrow streets in the area and the hotel location itself on the water, there was about 5-10 minutes’ walk to the hotel. So if you have large luggage; you will need to either arrange a porter service or make sure you have strong muscles. In our case we have large heavy luggage, I am glad we arranged the help needed with our travel agency.

Al in all it was enjoyable stay.

Amazing location, right in the midst of old town, but still quiet enough that you can sleep. Our balcony looked out over the windmills, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset without paying outrageous drink prices. Staff were incredibly helpful - they helped us bring our admittedly large number of suitcases to the cab stand (no cars allowed in old town) and refused to accept a tip. Definitely would stay here again.

We were blown away by the stunning views from our balcony. Honestly the views are to die for. We were also lucky to be upgraded to probably the best room in this awesome boutique establishment. Service was excellent and they were super responsive in their email responses. Breakfast at the balcony was superb. I also checked the restaurant next door which charges a minimum €100 for a booth to get the sunset views but the hotel informed us we get the same views from our balcony, if not better. Miss this place already.

This is a great little hotel in the heart of Little Venice. I thought it was a great location. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nice to talk to and learn some of the island secrets.

The room was comfortable but a little quirky. The sink and shower were all in the “bedroom”. So no privacy when taking a shower. Only the toilet had a separate door. The complementary breakfast was tasty and very nice. Almost too much to eat and they brought it to you at a requested time.

Our room was on the first floor with a perfect view of the windmills and sunset. It was relaxing sitting at our balcony table with a glass of wine watching the sun dip into the ocean. I almost felt sorry for the people crowding the shore to get the same view.

As mentioned in other reviews, no cars can bring you to the property. The walk from the bus stop is not bad at all (less than 10 minutes) and initially gives you a little overview of “downtown”. And the pedestrian walkway in front of the property is fairly narrow and does get crowded at times during the day.

Would definitely book here again!

If you go to Mykonos and stay in Little Venice this is a must location. For couples, family or friends it is perfect. Right at the end of Little Venice it is the last hotel before the point where the Mykonos Folklore Museum is located. It sits on the ocean and each room has a balcony that looks over the water and a perfect view of the windmills on the hill. The rooms are modern and updated. Streaming apps on the TVs and your breakfast is extensive and served on your own balcony each morning. Frankly if the town wasn’t so cute you could sit out on the balcony all day, enjoying the ocean breeze, scenery or the sunset in the evening. There as friends or as a couple the local clubs go until dawn and are 7 minutes walk. The local beaches are 10 minutes to 40 minutes walk for the best beach on the island (Ornos Beach). We only stayed 2 nights but next time we will definitely stay longer.

Great location on edge of Little Venice. Charming room with a balcony with fantastic view. Very good breakfast delivered to your room. Great staff (thank you Manos). Only drawback is music from the bars at night- your great location near Little Venice comes with a price!

This is an awesome small hotel in the best location in Little Venice. Our balcony hung out over the water and we had a perfect view of the windmills and of the sunset. There are tons of restaurants and shops only steps away, and they bring your made to order breakfast right to your room at the time you request each morning. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the room nicely appointed. We highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing stay in Bluetopia Suites two weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. They speak perfect english. We loved the room - it was clean, with a luxurious bathroom and good size room. The bed was king size and very comfy. The most stunning was the balcony over the water with views of downtown restaurants, cruise ships in the horizon, other greek islands and most breathtaking sunsets.
A short taxi ride from the airport (and a little walk) to Little Venice with the most stunning views.
The location is ideal - close to the water, shops, bars and restaurants.
A breakfast menu is left in the room each day for you to complete for the following morning where it is served on the balcony. Eating breakfast every morning on the water with the fresh air and scenic views was spectacular. The food is excellent with plenty of choice - and they always surprise you with some amazing baked goods.
We highly recommend this slice of paradise and will definitely be back!

When you stay at Bluetopia Suites, you will never want to leave!! Located in the very heart of Little Venice, Bluetopia has a picture perfect view of Mykonos and the world famous windmills. The room is very spacious, modern, and romantic. It included a complementary bottle of wine and steam shower!

The staff is incredible. They helped us find the quickest and cheapest way to the port when leaving. I was nervous about making the check in time of 9pm after our flight was delayed but Bluetopia called me to let me know they were tracking the flight and that someone would be there to let us check in! Make sure to give your flight or ferry information when booking. They are truly amazing about it and made me feel so more relaxed!

I can’t wait to get back to Bluetopia Mykonos one day soon!

Our favorite hotel on our trip to Greece! We booked a suite with a balcony overlooking the windmills and water. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of Little Venice. Only possible con is that this area is pedestrian only, so make sure you can carry/roll your luggage. This was not a problem for us because we pack light.
