Villa Kalamiotissa is located at the "Chora" of Anafi, in a peaceful and dreamy environment where the deep blue sea in the warm Greek sun and the fabulous sunsets create the perfect conditions for anyone to live a dream... It consists of 7 newly built rooms (4 studios and 3 doubles) amphitheater built in traditional architecture, such as arches, stonework, wooden floors, high quality insulation. Each room has its own character and its own private veranda and spectacular view to the Aegean (from the rock of Mary Kalamiotissa to Santorini). The complex is accessible by car and offers parking for all rooms. The studios are triple with a fully equipped kitchen, TV (LCD), Air Condition and gadgets that make your stay comfortable. The double rooms offer TV (LCD) and a small refrigerator. These rooms do not have Air Condition, because they are stone-build which is highly insulated and offers perfect natural ventilation. Pets are not allowed in Villa Kalamiotissa. Starring the incomparable view and the simple luxury Villa Kalamiotissa invites you to experience the Cycladic atmosphere and give a new breath on vacation!

What I like best about Villa Kalamiotissa is the endless view of the Aegean Sea. Placed on the south end of Chora with nothing in front of you but the cliffs, the view is stunning. The way the studios are built grant you enough privacy and the aesthetic of the interior design is in sync with the beautiful and simple white structures of the cycladic architecture. The studios are well equipped and cleaned daily. The hosts Dimitrio & Kalamiotissa are very welcoming, friendly and helpful, their communication and organisation is quick and easy. We’ve stayed at Villa Kalamiotissa for the second time and it has lost nothing of its positive aura.

Not only the rooms have a stunning view on the beautiful sea towards the sunset, not only the rooms are lovable and clean everyday with care and love. Most importantly the family owning the villa is precious and rare to find like a treasure. Dimitrio and Kalamiotissa have 5 children, we had the chance to meet some of them, they are there to help, to support, to make you enjoy their beloved island even more. Definitely my favorite place to stay in Anafi and beyond!

We spent 5 days in Anafi at Villa Kalamiotissa. Dimitrios, our host, was very kind, available and lovely. The place was spectacular. We saw the sunset every day from the room. In front of the room there is only two things: sky and sea. If you look for peaceful and relaxing place, Villa Kalamiotissa is the best you could ever find, and Dimitrios the best host you could ever meet. Thank you for that days, they are memorable.

Really wanted to take the time to share how wonderful our stay at Villa Kalamiotissa had been for two weeks this summer! Villa Kalamiotissa is very central (walking distance to the center of the Chora) very calm and has incredible views over the sea! Dimitrios made everything to arrange every detail we needed! Rooms and studios were very clean and serviced on a daily basis! We had a wonderful time and will definitely return very soon! Thank you very much! Guillaume

Right from the beginning on when Dimitrio picked me up at the port of Anafi I felt totally welcome and at the right place. My stay at Dimitrio and his family was just perfect. Perfect room with the best view I could wish. I totally recommend Dimitrios place for exploring Anafi.

Absolutely fantastic stay at villa Kalamiotissa! We were staying in a studio, which was huge, immaculately clean and well-equipped. The view from the terrace was unbelievable! We arrived at the property at 5am while it was still dark (and were kindly welcomed at such an early hour by the owner's wife and daughter which was highly appreciated!) and waking up in the morning and seeing the view from the room for the first time was one of the highlights of our entire trip around Greece! The room was cleaned every day, which was pleasant unexpected bonus. We found the studio to be very comfortable and homey. The centre of Chora is only about 5 minute walk away, but the property feels very private and is very quiet at all times. The owner Dimitrio is very easy to contact and he provided us with very helpful directions to the property. The wifi was a bit patchy in our room, but that wasn't really a problem at all as that's not what Anafi is about. Would definitely recommend this property! Thank you for a fantastic stay!…

The best seascape you can have in Anafi is the one you can have in Villa Kalamiotissa. I stayed in studios no.7,that has a huge terrace from which you can enjoy both sunset and sunrise, plus an amazing starry Sky.The studios is equipped of fridge,toaster,boiler,small oven,stove, hairdryer, and above all a cream maker to prepare your own capuccinio or freddo espresso. Dimitrio arranged for me the pick up and gave me some guidelines also to arrange my travel (the ferry timetables are issued quite in delay).Room was clean and comfortable and quite,so you can have great sleep. Staff was extreml kind and helpful.I would defenetly book again this studio if I'll be in Anafi.Thanks to everybody for having made my time in Anafi so pleasant.

Villa Kalamiotissa is exactly as beautiful as it is in the pictures. We stayed in one of the studios which had a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay, and was also kept spotlessly clean. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating and even arranged free transfers to and from the port, which was very helpful. They even did some laundry for us, which was really appreciated. Overall a wonderfully relaxing experience in beautiful Anafi.

My wife and myself spent almost a week there. A wonderful location, family driven with Dimitrio as a fantastic host. He is very friendly, flexible and helped us a lot with useful hints. The entire property is very clean, on an individual basis with lots of details. The sunset from the terrace outstanding. We really enjoyed the stay on property.

Everything perfect the Villa Kalamiotissa the isalnd the sea the food ....but so difficult to find away to reach Santorini at least twice a week so to spend 6 days on a row on the island We had to manage a longer stay in Santorini that was not planned (we Know Santorini very well allready)
