This is a small boutique hotel near the centre of the resort. There is an excellent view over the nearby port and sea if you have s first floor room. The superior room we stayed in was a good size with a balcony large enough for a table and two chairs. The pool was smallish but ideal for families with... More

The free wifi works really well everywhere.Rooms have a terrace overlooking the bay. They are clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The staff is extremely... More

A middleaged couple who like walking and swimming, we stayed here for a week in a superior room with a terrace overlooking the bay. It's clean, friendly, quiet and well run with a small saltwater pool, helpful staff and the usual breakfast though of very decent quality (fresh orange juice, coffee, cereals, yoghurt, home-made jams, bread, toast, ham cheese, omelette... We stayed for 3 nights at the Yperia whilst island-hopping (and we wished it could have been longer). The hotel is in an ideal location and has beautifully furnished rooms with sea views. The breakfasts were the best we had during our entire tour and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner (Antonis) was extremely helpful both... More

I didn't stay at this hotel but was there every day to do Shridayva yoga with Anelina and healing massage. Anelina's massage is incredible, I felt totally relaxed afterwards and my back problems were significantly alleviated. Combined with the yoga and the peaceful atmosphere with the cool breeze it was a truly healing experience which I highly recommend to all.... More

We stayed at the Yperia for 4 nights and we loved it. The hotel is in a quiet area within a 2 minutes walk to the center of the town, with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and the nice beach/port of Aigiali. Our superior room was large and had a private balcony with a nice sea view. There is free... More

Superbly located just a few minutes stroll down hill to "sunset boulevard", this small hotel boasts beautiful sea views, a charming pool to cool down beside and delicious breakfast, served by what appears to be the family who own the hotel. Generous west facing balcony, room with fridge and easy reach of local supermarkets, make an evening with a cold... More

We stayed at the Yperia last year and enjoyed it so much there was no other place for us to stay when we returned to Amorgos this year. I will not repeat what I said in my previous review - it still applies. Suffice it to say when we go back to the island next year we will be heading... More

After having a fantastic stay at Yperia last year I wanted to stay again and my second visit did not disappoint. I was welcomed back as a friend rather than a customer and wished I had booked for longer than the two days I was there. The hotel retains its high standards in terms of charm, cleanliness and customer service.... More
