Great family holiday, fantastic and kind staff, great beach close to the hotel. We had a lot of relax during this covid-time thanks to hotel management and staff. Food is also very good, rooms are very clean. Simply speaking - great holiday in great location :)

We were kindly given the best rooms that opened onto the pool and overlooked the ocean. The rooms were a good size however the decor was quite dated and tired. A long 40 minute walk to the old town but the beach across the road. There are restaurants all the way to the old town. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We paid for 4 star but more like 3 1/2 star. This area of Crete was too crowded and down market. The beach was very poor but we are from Australia so maybe it is good for Europe?

I can't fault the reception when we arrived, the guy was fantastic.. Helped with our cases to our room. The room had all we needed, cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, even a small dishwasher... The balcony was small and the seats needed cushions. The shower curtain needed replacing, perhaps a little updating wouldn't go amiss. The towels and bedding were very clean and the pillows lovely for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. Free sunbeds and WiFi. Also free air conditioning.. That that did get right. My only fault is that with having a evening flight we could not pay to keep our room on or book another room for the day. However there is a room in reception were you can freshen up. So basically you are stuck with your cases in reception and sit around all day. For me I would have liked to get away from the pool, bar or reception on the day I go back. I believe that some of the hotels in this chain are being updated and I think it should be next. Most of the staff are lovely but I get the feeling that the manager does not encourage his staff to communicate with guests. I am not saying they should be smiling all the time, but I have the feeling its discouraged.

Booked as part of Jet2 Holidays package, a weeks stay for 4 (1 adult, 2 adult kids, 1 child). Friendly staff, good facilities. Room was comfortable (1 bed apartment), with room to prepare basic food (lunch in our case of some sort of sandwich), aircon worked perfectly, wifi could be a bit flakey depending how far you were from wherever it was transmitting from (was fine round the pool areas), room balcony was fine, although we didn't sit out much as we were obviously tasty to the biting insects (despite protection and citronella candles/spirals etc), wasn't a problem as only got back to room after dinner usually i hour before bed. Buffet breakfast was very good, something for everyone, and the omelette chef was brilliant. The best thing about the hotel (at least when we were there) was that there were no issues getting sunbeds around the pools, or on the beach (all free, plus beach towels provided) - this was hugely relaxing and unexpected. Didn't eat in the hotel, other than breakfast. Plenty of restaurants around all the way along the beach road into town, easy to get a table and good prices (even with the £ being low). The Lime electric scooters were a real hit for us, we went 3 times into town and back over the week, each time was about £2.50 per scooter (so £10 for the 4 of us), and much more exciting than a taxi. The beach was great, the sea a little choppy at times, but we went most afternoons. For the overall holiday price, extremely happy with all aspects of the hotel

Do not expect to find a room like the one you see on any of the websites! We booked our holiday via Jet2 and were put in a dingy dark room on arrival. I demanded a change there and then and we were moved to another slightly better room but this place is more like a 2 star than a 4 star!! Don’t be fooled! I am still waiting for Jet2 to call back!! There is no way I’ll stay here for 14 nights!!
