We enjoyed our stay, it is above a 3 stars hotel. Cleaning was done everyday in our room, the breakfast was more than enough & good and the location is a mix of being close to the old city & beaches. The stuff was very nice & we had no problems with the air conditioning, it had 2 levels high & low and we mostly put it on low.

I chose this hotel based on positive reviews from customers with the main complaint I noticed being noise. I am willing to have a noisier place that comes with a good downtown location. I was disappointed in the state of my room which had: baseboards coming off the wall, very rusty shower head, slow shower drain, ding in the bathroom door, physical door lock not working. The highlights were the balcony, free breakfast spread, kind staff, and nice lobby. The hotel is just blocks from the beach. Parking in the area can be a little difficult.

Travelling for business, completely appalled. Aside from 1 very friendly helpful lady on reception this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was not cleaned for 4 days despite the hotels covid cleanliness policy. Every time you take a shower raw sewage come up from the floor and has damaged all my belongings, to add insult to injury the hotel has reported ‘damages’. The snack bar and restaurant are closed so I have had food deliveries which has some how translated to having “guests” in my room. Items have gone missing from my room. Advice for any lgbtq traveller DO NOT come to Crete. All very disappointing and despite my company paying for two weeks stay for a conference I will be checking out early with no refund or apology.

The hotel is very clean and modern and in a great location. It feels more like a 4* hotel than 3. The breakfast staff are all absolutely lovely also. That said, the air con could be better and breakfast could be more varied. The lift is also a hassle, they need a bigger one. My room also stunk of drains for 2 days. The staff at reception were generally very helpful and charming though the young lady who was there most often was rather unhelpful and quite arrogant.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, just 100 meters from the old town. There is a large parking lot next to the hotel, so you can always park your car. The breakfast is modest and always the same, no olive oil... The staff is extremely friendly, the hotel is clean, but guide account, rooms are cleaned every other day ????Isolation is good, noise is reduced to a minimum.

There are 2 fundamentals I look for when travelling to a hot country, 1. A decent bed 2. A/C, this hotel lacked both. I can cope with a tired, dated hotel but to have to sleep on a hard mattress with no A/C just spoilt the holiday. I would avoid this hotel

Perfectly located, very close to the church of the four martyred ( brave Cretan men whom were executed for their Christian faith) also a few minutes away from the ancient Venecian City/harbour. 6 min walk from beaches. The Hotel room was absolutely beautiful, quaint and good air-conditioning. The shower had multiple water sprays and rich coconut 🥥 body wash and shampoo. The staff do daily cleaning and give fresh towels when needed. Breakfast buffet was very tasty with a nice variety. Small sparkling pool too cool off. Very friendly staff. ❤️🏝️🍷🇬🇷🌍.

Good Hotel, location was good, nothing negative to say about this hotel its clean comfortable as are all hotels in Crete. Rethymnon is a lovely place very big, loads of shops, plenty of restaurants to choose from, the beach is huge very long but be carefully in the water as it can be very windy and the waves become very dangerous.
