Very clean, basic stuff, the absolute necessary that you might need. We got an upgrade from shared bathroom to private, just because there was one with private bath available! so we saw two rooms, both in very good condition. Very kind staff, and the location is great: Being from crete myself, I know a thing or two about the city,... More

Small but perfectly functional rooms in a very good location near to the sea front and in easy walking distance of bus/ferry and local sights. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating lending guide books and giving information. I was concerned because I had emailed to say we might be late for check in due to the time of our... Really nice small hotel in quiet street near Port and shopping area. Room was really nice, good powerful shower. Very friendly helpful staff who recommended a lovely restaurant nearby for us. Brilliant value for money. Very hard to fault this hotel.

Renewed hotel, good position. Kind people at the reception, near to the city centre. The only strange thing is the proposal to have the breakfast into the room. The room are like in the photo, the bathroom is renewed also. Nice place to stay.

We stayed one night with two children. Staff very helpful and child-friendly. Baby bed for free! AC funktioned well. Small shop for water, fruit etc next door! Location in the city center but on a back street so not too loud! 3minutes to sea on foot. Very small, simple rooms! Very nice price!

We stayed here on our second visit to Heraklion and wished we had of stayed here before. It is a budget hotel with small rooms but it was spotlessly clean, extremely quite, nice bathroom and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. As a bonus the beds were very comfortable and the hotel is handily placed in the old town.

We stayed in Heraklion for one night only on our way to Chania. We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and close to transport. We were greeted by Rena on arrival and she was so warm and helpful we knew we had made the right decision. Thanks Rena.

Long before there was social media world travelers depended not on what friends and family told them which hotels to stay in and why. I have now been travelling for over 35 years and had written many reviews on Tripadvisor and post them as accurately as I can. I also try to make my reviews constructive and make suggestions for... We literally stayed for 12 hrs in this hotel as we reached Heraklion really late by ferry. It was quite difficult to find this hotel. We would not have found it without help of google maps. It is decent to stay for 1 night. Bed was firm and bathroom was clean and water pressure of shower was also good. 20... More
