We spent 7 nights in the hotel. The hotel is situated really conveniantely in the middle of the town, 5 minutes from everything. There is a pedestrian shopping street and the main square within a 5 minutes walk. The Bus station is approx. 100 metres away as well. The receptionists served us on a rather neutral way, but they have... More

This isn't such a bad hotel for its location, but its not a five star either. The hotel is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast was included in our room rate. The coffee is terrible but there is a Starbucks within a five minute walk to the pedestrian shopping zone. If you are arriving by bus... More

The location of this hotel is perfect for ferry and airport connections as recommended by travellers on here. We stayed on arrival at Heraklion only 10 mins in private transfer from the airport to catch a ferry to Ios and also stayed on return for the night before the flight home. The greeting from Kostas was lovely and the reception... More

We were greeted by Kostas at reception, who was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and basic - but then this was what we needed i.e. just somewhere to spend the night before our ferry to Santorini in the morning. So all in all, a very good experience. Good value for money hotel. Thank you Kostas for your... More

The evening male receptionist was very welcoming and of great assistance. We went to our room which was as described but needs updating. The restaurant is adequate for its limited menu. Very close to the main bus station.

We liked this hotel so much we booked one night, stayed 2 on our way into Crete, and another night on our way out. It couldn't be more central for Archeological Museum, market, squares, bars, restaurants and it really does have the view of the old Venetian Harbour and the modern ferry port. We had a side room and a... More

I have booked a sea view room, and I must admit it's worth paying extra. Even though I stayed for only one night, the view of the port was really nice (3rd floor). The room was quite big, quiet and comfortable (although a refurb wouldn't hurt), and the bathroom nice and clean. Location was perfect since I needed a hotel... More

I stayed here for 8 nights beginning of June. I was travelling on my own so I had a single room. The room was clean, spacious with everything you could possible need for a short stay. I will say short stay as I found I didn't have enough coathangers or shelf space for 8 days so was still living out... More

Outstanding service and the ultimate breakfast buffet make this hotel a great place to relax and enjoy shopping and dining in Heraklion. I especially received great customer service from Nontas, who mans the front desk from 3 to 11 PM. One of the great highlights of our recent trip to charming Crete. Rick Darnell

This is a pleasant hotel located near the harbour, the Venetian fortress and especially the Archeological museum (do not miss !) The hotel has 5 floors plus a 6 one for the restaurant with a great view. Our fourth floor room had a balcony with a view of the fortress. The rooms were clean and modern, but on the small... More
