I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, great location. Also, very much enjoyed the spa, I had a very relaxing massage from a lady called Dalia, would rate the spa 5* because of her service. The food was very nice too, I would definitely return. Gabriele

This Hotel is in a great location, on a lovely beach and with a bus stop outside. All the staff are brilliant, helpful, friendly and welcoming. The food is great quality and varied. Rooms are clean with good furnishing although the beds are a little hard. Plenty of sunbeds on the beach and the beach taverna & bar serves a...

As a English couple we visited Crete, the hotel was nice and clean and the bar and waiting staff and restaurant staff were all great. The hotel is massively let down by the reception team who make it obvious they don't hand over information. The staff on reception were unhelpful and clueless so it seemed. Hotel mainly full of German...

We are there now. Would agree with all the positive reviews but for information, no daily bottled water seems to be provided in the actual hotel rooms nor are there tea & coffee making facilities - maybe just in the bungalows as they are spread throughout the grounds. Also the drinks are not "premium" - anything not local is at...

We stayed in Agapi in September with another couple and we found very little to complain about. The accomodation was comfortable, the food was excellent, the amenities are many, beach is inviting and the bar is efficient and well stocked. The resort is made up of the main hotel with several floors and apartments together with an array of bungalows...

Stayed here for a week with four teenagers and they were never bored. Plenty of daytime activities and evening entertainment most nights. Had rooms on second floor of the hotel which were were spotless and had great sea views. Only downside being the beds which were very firm. Food was consistently good at all mealtimes whether in the main restaurant...

Where to start ...... On arrival it's not all singing and dancing as to signage, etc., however it's driveway is spotless and has quite a cosmopolitan feel. Once inside the hotel itself, there is a super reception area of different levels and aspects, displaying Cretan artifacts, etc., plus providing more than adequate seating again of traditional Cretan style but also...
