Just a minutes walk to the port or to old town. Breakfast very good, wilth a lot of choice of everything, fruits, bread, croissants, desserts, drinks, etc. Very cleaned, all people were very nice and room was very confortable.
Decent hotel great location clean rooms very friendly lady on reception. The rooms with the jacuzzi are very nice. I didn’t try the breakfast. Also they let you check out late if the have availability for free
I don't often leave reviews but I wanted to recognise how amazing and welcoming the team was. I travelled alone (first day in Crete after arriving late in the evening in Heraklion) Yorgos at reception was so helpful - And helped me plan my whole week, giving me insider tips. I was working remote and he made sure I settled comfortably (even after check out) and had a place to work with AC, coffee, and lovely Greek mood! Kostas at breakfast was also lovely and helpful. The hotel in itself is modern and a great value for money. But I would recommend it particularly for its team. I travel a lot and always appreciate when the staff makes the stay extra special.
I stayed here with my daughter overnight at Christmas. The decor is very good, and the check-in was a pleasant experience. The hotel reception smells amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. The wi-fi is not good enough to watch a Youtube video, however, at least it was free. I would have liked better coffee making facilities in my room and do not think that 1 capsule per person with no milk is acceptable. But for the special offer price I paid, I guess I couldn't expect more. The bedding was high quality, the shower was perfect as were the free toiletries. There is valet parking very close by, virtually next door. The location of the Dom is great. My only real complaint was when we asked for a taxi to take us to a local restaurant, the barman was quite off-hand. He laughed, made us feel very uncomfortable and said that the restaurant was within walking distance. We said we knew it was close by but wanted a cab and were prepared to pay a surcharge. It was past 1030pm at night, December, very cold, we were two women on our own and didn't know where the restaurant was. Plus, we were very late for our reservation. There was no way he was going to help us and he pointed vaguely in the direction of the restaurant. I do expect more from a boutique hotel of this caliber and this element of my stay was disappointing.…
highly recommend this hotel for the room comfort and amenities.Clean, great design that differs from other city hotels and in very good location. Was impressed with the variety of the breakfast. Very good price for what they provide.
