comfortable clean suites, varied breakfast served in suite, friendly and helpful staff. Overall a pleasant experience, highly recommended. We enjoyed the week there and would definitely book there again.
Incredible hospitality; wonderful food, tremendous location. What more can be said except that Legacy Gastro Suites is a must if visiting Heraklion. The breakfast items were absurdly diverse and a great introduction to local dishes. The large room suite was ideal for our family of 4. Finally, although everyone was incredibly friendly, Pela was the absolute best!
I would highly recommend this hotel. it was exactly like the reviews from others and will definitely go back again. Short ride from airport, only costs €10, delicious breakfast served in your room or balcony, within a short walking distance to transport routes and city centre. The staff were amazing, nothing was a bother. They were so responsive when I was ill, really grateful
Friendly, centrally location, clean, modern, great breakfast, good restaurant recommendations. I would stay here again. Having to submit 200 characters is ridiculous and I will not be doing this again but sadly it means some hotels will miss reviews.
I fell in love with the room at first sight. Although located in the unassuming building, it was a beautiful compact one-bedroom suite that was fully equipped with anything you might need, and more. The ante room had sofa and armchair with compact round dining table set with pretty cutleries. Open but pretty wardrobe had a safe, hair dryer and many hangers. Cupboard filled with provisions: Guzzini coffee capsule machine, a bottle of raki, 2 pieces of ravani cakes, drinking water in a big glass bottle, China electric tea pot with tea and herbal infusions, all of these were complimentary. Many Grecian products filled the upper part of cupboard were for sale including wines in the separated wine refrigerator. The bedroom was small with big, plush bed. The mirror lined wall made the room appeared larger. Retro style dressing table. Samsung tablet at bedside. There was no bathroom, just wash basin with pedestal in classical style and glass shower cubicle with multiple shower heads in the corner. Olive Era amenities. Four bathrobes, slippers, plush towels. A small toilet was between the 2 rooms. Another set of table and 2 chairs on the balcony overlooking the square with the ferry port in the distance. We were greeted with a small plate of fruit dessert and iced lemonade upon check in and were asked to select as many option as you like from the multiple breakfast items, including many Grecian dishes. Turn down service with 2 traditional sweets. I left a scarf and a pair of eyeglasses on the bed and it was cutely rearranged. Breakfast would be served at the time you want. It was supposed to be served in the balcony but the November air was a bit cool so we had it in the ante-room instead. Upon check-out, a souvenir was given in a paper bag, inside was a box of Cretan organic sultana raisins. Location was on the Eleftherias square, on the edge of the old town, so places were just a short walk away. The public car park was just opposite the street with parking fee of 4.8 euros per night. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated every single detail of your hospitality.…
