Stayed here for one night and found it was very clean, staff were all very friendly, free breakfast was a lovely added bonus and we were generally glad we stayed in this hotel. Only complaint would be that the four person bedroom was quite small...More
We use this hotel for stopovers when arriving and leaving Crete as it’s 3 minutes in the car to the airport. The staff are all very friendly and the rooms are lovely and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and the coffee is the best. There...More
The only practical hotel for early morning flight out of Heraklion. Nothing flash but simple and adequate. No real options for meals outside of the hotel, so the prices were more than you would expect for this category of hotel. Nevertheless I would stay there...More

Two Sofias (it is a family business) greeted us warmly upon arrival, coming to curb to assist with luggage. They were extremely helpful with directions, maps, walking & bus, and restaurants . Breakfast was bountiful and delicious! Rooms are spacious. Pool area and lobby lovely.

The ancient site of Knossos is well worth a visit and can be accessed from the main bus station by local bus, there are also museums, galleries and old churches that are worth a visit. The town centre of Heraklion is packed with shops and some malls just ask at your hotel reception. You will find English spoken practically everywhere and judging by the clarity of your question you should be fine. The Cretan people are warm, welcoming, cultured and very helpful so have a wonderful time!
