The Aristea Hotel in Elounda, Crete is a perfect stopping off point for the traveller on the move. Centrally located in one of the most popular and fashionable tourist towns on Crete it offers affordable accommodation ideally located right next to Elounda's main square. The rich and famous reside either side of the town, among them Lady Gaga and Victoria...

We had a lovely week. Hotel clean and staff were fine. This does not disguise the fact that, internally, there is a need to upgrade and paint, replace cracked tiles/ window panes, and soften and upgrade the whole place. As it stands, in it's present state it could be better classed as a Hostel! The location, however, is 5star, overlooking...

When i booked it i saw a lot of negative feedbacks, but i have to say that hotel is good. It is at the center at the city and sea view rooms are amazing! You are literally in 3 steps from the sea! Conditioner is extra, that's true, but rooms are clean, nice, breakfast is good enough, and the owner...

First of all, the staff was not helpfull when we asked where to park. The room has been poorly maintained: the refrigerator smelled, the showerhead was broken and the AC remote was absent (which you have to pay for). Breakfast didn't give much options but if you like old bread with salami you will be pleased. Thankfully we only stayed...

Don't get me wrong this hotel is fine if you really can't find elsewhere. But overall it wasn't great. Air conditioning costs 5€ a night which in the summer you really need, the Wi-Fi only works out the reception and even then it depends. The staff were friendly but not particularly professional. The bathroom was covered in mould and rust,...

This is the second time we have stayed here and were delighted with our sea view studio.Aristea is a little bit tired but very clean with good maid service Al staff are friendly and helpful. The situation of hotel means easy access to village and local buses. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars offering well priced meals of a good quality.

We were lucky enough to get a room in this basic hotel with a fantastic seaview of the port the bay and the island of Spinaloga with a mountainous backdrop it was stunning . Our room was clean and the beds quite comfortable, there was an antiquated fridge that did its job by keeping drinks cold, it had to be...
