Returned to Elouda Heights in April for the start of their season and had the entire place to ourselves for the first couple of days. Natalie and Kostas have taken over from her mum and dad and whilst both Ann and Vegalis are still very much part of the very fabric of this

Thanks for the lovely review Charlie. You were the first customer of the season and as we say in Greece you were good luck for us. The season was the best of the hotel yet. And one more thing. You don't have to drink beer from 10'o clock in the morning. I know now how to make filter coffee See you soon

I've never been anywhere in the world that has quite the effect on me that Elounda Heights does. There are many wonderful places but few that have managed to achieve what this family have. And that is the basis of this remarkable achievement....a family who over the years have

Oh Ann. You are such a lovely, lovely person. We really enjoyed all the conversations and the fun we've had with you and Dave. Elounda Heights strength are people like you. People who want to make it better, who engage. It is great that we are going to see you again in August.

This is a hotel in an extraordinary class. It is situated on top of the town with an amazing view. The owners are among the most kind people I have ever met. The room was beautiful and very clean with an awesome bed and the most beautiful sun terrace with sun beds. It feels like

This is our 4th time at Elounda Heights. The changes that have been made this year since Natalia and Kostas have become the primary hosts are noticeable but not so as to distract from the ambience of this magical place and completely in keeping. Events have been increased to

What transportation can we get from the airport to your apartments?
Hi Lynda, some people hire a car so that they can then use it to visit various places while on holiday. We have been to Elounda Heights twice (amazing place). Each time, we have travelled from the airport to Elounda by coach using HolidayTaxis - cost was appx £20 for 2 people. Journey takes about 90 minutes by coach as you have to drop other people off en route to Elounda. The only disadvantage of going by coach is that they will drop you at the square in Elounda as the coach can't get up the hill to EH itself. But there are taxis in the square that will finish the journey for around €5. We then get a taxi back to the airport at the end of our holiday as we prefer the certainty of knowing it will take appx 60 mins and no other pick ups. This cost as €80 when we returned last week. So a return taxi would cost appx €160. I guess it depends on whether you think you'd make use of a hire car for day trips. Hope this helps...

Hi. Do you offer Bed & Breakfast please
Hi, you pay for accommodation only and then pay as you go for breakfast which is generally made fresh and served at the pool bar. It's an all day menu available to 7pm in the evening. You can have breakfast there or wander down into Elounda for a change of scenery. We have generally been to 5 star hotels on Greek Islands so didn't know what to expect from a 2 star - but it was amazing 👍😀
