This hotel was my absolute favorite during my holiday. Staff is wonderful and friendly, atmosphere very relaxed and the total vibe of the place is very good. Breakfast is good with lots of options, fresh fruit and vegetables every day in the buffet. I look forward to coming back ❤️

Nice hotel, Sophia helped us a a lot in finding deserted and isolated beaches. We had also the chance to see a village festival in Krustas with local people dancing and eating in the square .. Superb meat at Xatheri taverna. Also Tina and Maria were vey nice to us! Hope to see you soon

Let me just say this is a nice hotel but just needs a little tlc. Staff are really friendly and cheery. Quite cheap for Elounda. . Negatives - pool had bugs / leaves and sediment in the bottom. There were nets around for diy use. The tiles around the waterline need a scrub. There is no lift, the rooms are small but clean. The bathroom again could do with tlc, shower head wouldn’t lock and rusty shower rails. The shower tray seems to be made from concrete and my partner says looks like a grey pig trough. Breakfast is ok but the beans, eggs and bacon are all on cold plates rather than hot Positives - hotel inside is very clean and tidy. Cleaning lady is lovely. Car parking is available which was good for us as we had a hire car. Hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk from Elounda town centre. Some nice tavernas nearby. Hotel has a ATM machine at the front.

We stayed here for 10 days, and had a wonderful holiday. Firstly, the staff could not be more friendly and helpful, my shower flooded one evening and I used my towels to mop the floor. When I mentioned this at reception, she immediately came to my room, took away the damp towels, gave me fresh ones and the repair man was dispatched to my room the next day. The rooms themselves are excellent and spotlessly cleaned. The air-con is free and works really well. There's a fridge in the room for keeping water cold and tea and coffee making facilities (although you'd have to go to the supermarket down the road and pick up some milk) The location of the hotel is excellent, if you don't have mobility issues. It's a very easy 20min walk mainly along the sea front to the main square but there are many restaurants closer. Slightly uphill on the way back, but nothing strenuous and it's really easy to pick up a taxi for 7 euros if you don't fancy the walk. As mentioned before, there's a supermarket down the road for picking up drinks/snacks for your room and they even deliver it to your hotel for free if you're carrying large bottles of water etc. There's also a snack place right across the road where you can buy coffee, sandwiches and soft drinks at lunch if you want them, but you can also get drinks from the hotel bar all day too. I would definitely like to come back here, thankyou to everyone at Elounda Krini for making our holiday so special.

We had stayed in Elounda previously so love the village. The hotel is located 10-15 mins walk from the centre which is easy walking for us. The staff were warm and very friendly and made us very welcome. We chose an upper floor with sea view. The room was great and the cleaning staff were there every day. A special mention for Anastasia who was so artistic leaving towel swans and other creations on our bed. She was such a lovely happy person to see every morning and she was meticulous in cleaning our room. The breakfasts had more than enough choice to suit all, While we were there the pool area and pool were cleaned daily and we always had options for where to lie on the many loungers. The pool was fine for swimming or chilling. Perhaps it could be an option to have snacks or ice creams through the day. The bus to Agios Nicholas is just over the road, Very handy. Would return to this hotel and am happy to recommend.

Staff were so helpful and friendly Room was very well cleaned and looked after during our stay. The bar tender Tony was so good fun and helpful. A true professional. The breakfast at 11 euros was not worth the money but the hotel are trying to improve the facility. Despite being advertised, there was no food available after breakfast. Again they are trying to improve. Definite staff shortages here and there but overall we had a great holiday.mr w.e.cameron.

After 5 years here, we will never be back. We always loved this small charming hotel for its peacefulness, cleanliness and simple charm. Plus the wonderful staff. I don't know what's happened but it's gone to the dogs this year. All the regular staff have left. The room cleaning is a joke. Dirty cups left, shambolic bed making, bathrooms not cleaned. We asked for ice a couple of times in the bar...the woman turned to her friend lolling at a table, rolled her eyes and said "this sucks" in greek...I speak Greek! Last year the waiter would come to your sunbed with a menu and bring drinks. This year you had to go get them yourself...you'd get the glasses from the bar and they can't even be bothered to get the beers from the fridge for you. We've never experienced so much lethargy and rude eye rolling at a hotel ever. My other half walked back from the supermarket with a bottle of coke to put in the fridge and asked for ice on the way up. He was told in no uncertain terms that drinking this illicit coke with their ice was "PROHIBITED!" Bathrooms are not fit for purpose ...dirty, tiny, broken showers. Our grey bathmat was not changed once in 10 days. It's so sad because last year we had the most joyous time here with bubbly can-do staff...this year I felt like a naughty kid on a school camping trip caught with cigarettes! To add insult to injury my friend who came to wish us goodbye was rudely asked "what are you doing here?" The place was very empty and everyone there complained about the cold inedible breakfasts and bad service.

Very nice hotel. Loved the staff. Clean, nice breakfast and a 13-15 minute walk to a quaint little town with beach. Excellent restaurants in the town and a market 7-8 minutes walk. Only negative was the bed was super hard !!! We tried to get a better mattress but didn’t happen. Very little parking but we would stay there again. Matala was by far our favorite city.

The hotel is fairly basic so don't expect too much. Value for money it is very good. The hotel is 10-15 minutes' walk of the main restaurants and bars and the town square down a gentle slope. The main draw of the town is Spinalonga Island. The staff arranged a taxi for us from and to the airport and were very helpful prior to arrival. Glikeria and Maria were pleasant throughout and the George was efficient and cheerful in the bar and cafeteria. The pool area is a good size with plenty of sunbeds and a decent pool. The room we had 203 was a Kingsize bed with a separate single. Good view from the balcony and was on the top floor. The entrance was from the stairwell so some noise from passing guests. One problem is the building has no sound proofing so guests slamming doors reverberates throughout, doors need self-closers fitted. Good shower and decent amount of room. The air conditioner along with the rest of the room was old so quite noisy. Room could really do with a total refurbishment. I think our room was the only one without a window blind. The hotel is on a busy road so rooms near the front would have some traffic noise. The breakfast had a good choice of cold meats, cheese, fruit plus a decent hot selection. The hotel was clean throughout thanks to the hardworking cleaner.
