The Villas have 1 to 4 master bedrooms and all provide a private swimming pool with Jacuzzi –some are seasonally heated- and sun terrace, spacious living-room areas with fully equipped kitchens and marble bathrooms. The Spa Villas in addition to the private pool offer the pleasure of a private in Villa-Spa: private gym room, sauna and steam bath! We arrived at 23.30 due to arriving on a late flight, we was greeted by security and taken to our villa. Upon arrival we was shown around and to our surprise we had a lovely note saying to enjoy the food the chef had prepared for us which was in the fridge. This was welcomed by everyone. We stayed in a 3 bedroom Mediterranean villa called Villa Arieti - the scenery from the pool is simply amazing and also from the large bedroom window - I have attached pictures for you to see. This villa gets the sun all day whilst your soaking up the beautiful views. The youngest 2 of the boys went to the kids club on a daily basis. It’s open 10-1 and then 3-6 everyday apart from Sunday when it’s closed. Christina was fantastic and the boys wanted to go back everyday - they played games, made clay ornaments, painted and so much more - they never got bored. They also offer a babysitting service in the evening if you wanted to have a meal or go out. Plenty of choice at breakfast for everyone and they were happy to make the kids fresh pancakes which went down a treat - big shout out to Giorgios and Stella who were attentive and on hand all the time. The menu for evening meal has plenty on there and I must say is Michelin Star standard - kids have a good choice also and they will accommodate also for you even if it’s not on the menu. Evening staff again here and the manager at breakfast and night were superb also. The ladies on reception will ensure your stay goes smoothly and are so knowledgeable, they recommended some restaurants in Elounda and Plaka to us, we also hired car hire for a few days through reception - BIG Thank you to Angela and Louise your expertise and knowledge is simply amazing. I had a spa treatment whilst here and so did my youngest who is 5 years old - he had a salted caramel body wrap and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have spa treatments quite a bit and I must say had one of the best messages to date. Thank you Alexandria and Georgia. Elounda is around a 30 min stroll away where you can get the boat to Spinalonga and lovely restaurants on the harbour. We have had a really lovely week and every member of staff here has been so friendly and helpful. If your looking for luxury and privacy this is the place for you. It’s not the biggest of hotels however when you come back through the gates after being out it really does feel like your back home. I work for a Luxury Tour operator and I must say this is one of the best European hotels we have stayed in for quality and service. We stayed in a family sized villa (2 bedrooms) and had beautiful views over the sea from two balconies. The room was very plush with marble bathrooms and beautifully decorated living areas and bedrooms. The pool is heated well enough that my 6 month old loved her paddles, and my boys waded in with no complaints. With a babies pool, fountain, jacuzzi and jet stream the boys never got bored. In fact we didn’t get a chance to go down to the private beach! The food was very nice, but we recommend taking a taxi for 8€ to Elounda and having your main meal in one of the many restaurants literally right on the water. I cannot say enough about how good the service was here. Nothing was too much trouble, and so many details were attended to by the staff to make us feel welcome and special. It really made the holiday for two tired parents. On the first day we were given a complimentary lunch in the restaurant, on the last Sophia packed us off with a very generous bag of sandwiches, fruit and pastries so the boys wouldn’t get hungry on their travels. They acquired a baby seat for me when our transfer forgot, they found and returned my sons sunglasses when he left them at kids club..., and for the first time ever my boys (6 and 4) loved going to kids club. There are many other examples of their genuine hospitality. We usually rent a house but with COVID we had a preference for a small boutique hotel where we would not be in contact with too many other tourists. We booked a special discounted rate a two bedroom villa with pool and when we arrived, greeted by one of the owners, we were upgraded to an Executive Spa Villa complete with a gym and spa. The 200 sqm room has a living room on the main floor with a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and a beautiful terrace with a seawater pool. Downstairs were two very large bedrooms, a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, Sauna and gym with everything one needs to keep in shape. The view was breathtaking ! Breakfast (included) was served at the restaurant or in the room (for a small charge) and was plentiful (a la carte to avoid the buffet due to the pandemic). Diner was also included and was tasty although the portions were rather small, however with the heat we did not expect more. The hotel’s private beach is a 15 min ride by transfer or by car. I would recommend renting a small car although taxis are still relatively cheap. The surrounding area is beautiful, with Elounda and it’s lovely port and restaurants only 10 min away or Aghios Nicolaos also 10/15 min away. We were very happily surprised with the quality of the food and of course we only eat local as Crete is plentiful in terms of food and wine. We stayed in a 3 bed villa. The decor was lovely, the pool amazing with spectacular views. The food was absolutely outstanding, and even though I had a very restrictive diet due to health conditions they shopped and cooked everything exactly to what I wanted - their attention was incredible. Overall the management and the team, without exception, were so lovely, welcoming, kind and attentive, the best service we could have wished for or experienced - even after staying in some of the best places in the world. You will not be disappointed if you booked to stay there. The only comment was the provision of equipment in the kitchen was very limited, however anything I required they went and purchased for me. After having coffee with the Manager he is now going to address this and already is planning to make improvements. Would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are looking for a quiet, restful and discreet vacation. Rest assured the wonderful staff will make it memorable. enjoy!…

We came for a relaxing break and this hotel was perfect. We had a beautiful junior suite with pool with the most amazing views over the Gulf of Mirabello. Comfortable spacious bed, plenty of storage and hanging space lovely shower. We went half board and the breakfast was delicious. The evening meal was gourmet standard and beautifully presented. The staff were faultless, kind,attentive,knowledgeable and nothing was ever too much trouble. The staff smiled and clearly loved their jobs and all had worked there for a long time which is the best recommendation I think. It was the perfect retreat, small, intimate, where you felt special and cared for. Priceless. The spa is small but the treatment I had was amazing. The beach is 10 mins drive by hotel minibus but it works. Lovely staff there too. The only quirk is that the hotel site is hilly so take rubber soled shoes so you don’t slip. Happily, an electric buggy takes you up and down if you don’t fancy the walk. This hotel exceeded my expectations and has a 5 gold star review from me. The luxury villas are truly beautiful with stunning views over the coast and sea. The private swimming pool was fantastic and the staff could not have been more accommodating on our special requests. The private hotel beach was great - an easy shuttle trip from the hotel and the water sports were loads of fun for my teen age children - definitely a 5 star review :)

Wonderful experience! My wife and I stayed here on our first stop in Greece for our honeymoon. The villas are gorgeous! We stayed in the Andros Villa, which was one of their highest elevated locations. The villa came complete with a very beautifully appointed room, spacious grounds with ample seating, a sun-filled infinity pool which was awesome, an outdoor shower, and a downstairs level with our own private steam room, additional bathroom and a massage therapy table setup which we made use of with the Elounda’s spa offerings. Overall, our stay was amazing. The service was great, we could make use of the club car services to get up and down the steep hills to the room when we needed, and they were always timely. The room service was attentive and any food and drink we had was tasty and delivered professionally. The housekeeping did a wonderful job of tidying up for us as we constantly ran around the town to take in the sights. We made use of the gym (small, but useful), and dined at the on-site restaurant one of the nights there. The food and drinks were good. I can see why some people spend most of their time on the grounds, as they’re beautiful and give you the opportunity to relax! The views were stunning! We felt like we were looking at a post-card or a painting all of the time. It really was wonderful. I can’t speak for many other accommodations on the island, but this one was top notch. We also visited their private beach area which we were shuttled to one morning. Their location is serene and private and the service and food at their beach club is great. No frills, just a good beach beautiful water and peace. The only qualm if I had to have anything at all was the amount of insects (small spiders) that scampered around (but please believe they were mostly outside the huge sliding glass doors to our villa space)…my wife absolutely hates spiders, as I would imagine that most people do. But please, don’t take this as heavy consideration, it’s just a fact. We would not hesitate to stay here again and loved every second of the island and the villa! Also a note for anyone who wonders about A/C, it was ice cold when we needed to escape the heat. 10/10…

One of the loveliest resorts we have ever stayed at. The villa was really spacious and well equipped, the pool was stunning with incredible views over the bay, the food was incredible BUT it’s the staff and service that really make this special place stand out. I don’t know what the secret is but everyone seems to love what they do and it results in 5 star service. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay so special. We look forward to returning!

Very nice hotel, very kind staff, every thing you ask they make it happen. Very good food at the restaurant, only there could be some more variation for longer stays. In the wellness we received some of the best massages from Yuliya, she really knows what she is doing. Be sure to ask for her!

Our room was a one bedroom suite, the perfect mix of traditional and modern. The main pool area is beautiful and quiet. We were on a breakfast only basis, but did eat a few times at the hotel and the food was very delicious. The hotel is small and intimate and very relaxing. The standout difference for us was the staff, every single member was kind, friendly, helpful and courteous, we felt truly spoilt, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel manager is fantastic, taking time to chat to all the guests, even about Formula 1 (as he noticed our daughters cap). I don’t think any review could convey just how wonderful our stay has been. This was our first time in Crete and this hotel had left a wonderful impression.
