We stopped here after we checked other two hotels. The staff was very friendly! They helped us with a spot for the car to park just in front of the hotel. It was really important for us, since the area is crowded and my father has a walking medical issue. Room is exactly what we needed. Balcony view to the green plaza in front of the hotel, commercial street and even the sea was bonus. Sunrise was a best view for sunny mornings of November in Crete. Breakfast ok, elevator ok and again very friendly staff. I asked the permission to take the breakfast to the room, and they gladly accepted. We planned to stay one or two nights but finally we stayed 3 nights. Near the hotel, door to door, we found a travel agency Şai we could book our ferry easily. Next is a fast food we bought a tasty local cheese pie and a couple of minutes away there is a supermarket for different every day goods. There is also a pharmacy, drugstore, If needed. I would recommend hotel Arcadia for value for money. Not luxury but it is all we needed.

I stayed one night in Chania at the Arkadi Hotel. The location was great, in easy walking distance to the harbor, shops, restaurants, and the farmers market. The room was comfortable and clean, but very basic. Breakfast was good.

It is a great location, just a few meters from the start of the main square. The room was clean, small but nice bathroom, old fashion but nice. Very good breakfast. Friendly and nice staff. Only think I will see better is the bed.

The hotel located in a central place and easily accessed with a car. There is a free parking below the hotel that was very useful for us. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was ok, not more, but the modest price we pay, it was reasonable. At the beginning, I got a room on the low floor, near the street, it was too noisy and at the following night, they replaced my room to quiet one at the backside in upper floor.

We stayed here for one night in Chania as we had a very early flight the following morning. Greeted by a very friendly lady in reception, let us leave our luggage as we arrived before rooms were ready. Hotel decor very dated but the rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioning and we had rooms 501 and 503 and they both had fabulous huge balconies with wonderful views to the Venetian harbour and across the city. The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the old town and harbour, right in the centre and near the bus station. We would definitely stay here again as brilliant value and fab location. Not a plush hotel but clean and simple and perfect for our needs. We left too early to try the breakfast so cannot comment on that.
