We stayed three nights and had a wonderful time. They have thought of everything that you may need to make your stay enjoyable. Very helpful in planning where to go and what to do. Very good info about the history of the city.

Eleutheria and her family are wonderful hosts! We were greeted with a thorough explanation of Chania, what to do, where to go, places to eat, etc. Then we were taken to our room which the pictures don't do justice. It's was so adorable! Eleutheria goes way out of her way to make you feel comfortable. There is water and a...

Full Disclosure: We did not stay here, though my husband and I very much wanted to – the pictures look amazing! We prepaid for our room through booking.com as directed to on Palazzo di Pietro’s website with the understanding that no refunds would be granted. This is a review of Palazzo di Pietro’s customer service and a caveat emptor warning....

We loved it here. We were met with genuine hospitality and found our room to be comfortable, spacious and homely. We had a fridge in the room which was stocked with drinks and fruit for us to have with no extra charge. Received a complimentary bottle of wine and there was coffee in the press over the sink in our...

The staff is by far the best part of your stay filled with warmth and helpful advice. The rooms are well kept and very clean! Lovely touches from the staff with notes and welcoming gift basket! The location is ideal for this area and everything is within an easy walking distance. The Venetian influence is incredibly charming and many restaurants...

The host, Eleutheria, was extremely friendly and helpful in every way imaginable, always going out of her way to make one feel at home. The hotel was clean and very attractive, located in the heart of the old town.

The pictures of these apartments on line show just what a wonderful place this is to stay and the description on the P di P website is spot on. What's not there is the fantastic welcome of wine, fruit, soft drinks, chocolates, and everything for your every need, _plus_ the breadth of tourist guidance from your host, Eleftheria, including recommendations...

We stayed there for 10 days. For the first 9 days our room was in the back street behind the building and our door opened straight to the street. The room had no windows and was quite dark. We had a tiny kitchenette and well stocked fridge which was helpful for a quick breakfast. Besides being dark, it was also...

We stayed here for one night on our first night in Crete. What a beautiful spot. Our room is lovely and equipped with a huge basket of fruit and the makings for the mornings coffee, as well as a bottle of the family wine and raki! The owner was so gracious in giving us meal suggestions for the town and...
