This is the second time we spent 2 weeks as a family with 4 kids (aged 2 to 8) in this great place. The location is outstanding, close to Agios Nikolaos on the East side (10 by public transporation/taxi, resp. 75 min. from Heraklion's airport). The staff is much helpful - they cater to all your needs in a very...

We loved the private sandy beach, with lots of shades, snorkeling between many beautiful fish just metres from the shore, and exciting beach sports available throughout the day: wakeboarding (40 EUR/15 min), Kneeboarding for kids, boat rental, banana, SCUBA deep sea diving (55 EUR for introductory boat dive with private instructor) etc. The apartments in small buildings are placed in...

We chose this resort as it was rated highly as a family holiday in Crete . It is a big resort and we were in a superior family apartment furthest from the pool but still only 4 mins brisk walk to the reception pool . Restaurant where breakfast and dinner is held . We were half board with 2 kids...

Dear drhoney72, Thank you for sharing this feedback of your recent visit to Candia Park village. We really appreciate you taking the time to write a review of your experience on Tripadvisor and value these constructive comments. Whilst we were pleased to read that you liked our location, the proximity to the sea, most of the hotel's grounds, we were...

My wife, 2 year old daughter, and I are just back from our vacation on Crete, which included five nights at Candia Park Village. This place is family vacation paradise. I've never seen so many families having so much fun and enjoying time together as I did here. The apartment and balcony overlooking the ocean were beautiful and well equipped,...

My husband and I came here with our toddler and had a fantastic time. We just loved the family atmosphere. It was perfect to have both the pool and beach. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel and went to town or had a light dinner in our room. After we stayed here we went to the other side...

Stayed here many a time and this time didn't disappoint. Everything you are looking for from a hotel other than a gym I suppose. Water sports, nice beach, pool, table tennis, spacious rooms, restaurants, a cafenio, it has it all! Staff are always welcoming and helpful and accommodating. Not far from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda also!

This is my first ever review and I have decided to review our holiday that sadly ended yesterday. From the cleaners to the management you could not meet nicer people, especially the gentleman at the pool bar. The room was spotless and lovely to stay in, the whole village itself was spotlessly clean. The views are beautiful and the 3...

We spent 9 days in a suite with see view. Terrace was great with beautiful view. The whole resort is beautiful and spacious. The equipment of the suite could be more extensive, especially with regard to children requirements. Food is good and with lots of variety. The staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately every night a discotheque caused quite heavy noise...

It's been 4 years since we last came here. As one of the best holidays we have ever had we did worry that maybe things weren't quite as good as we remembered. I'm so glad to say it's even better than our memories. I'm day on my balcony on our last night and it had been an absolute joy. We...
