Just two words: It is a very cheap and good hotel, amazing views from the rooms. Hotel is in good conditions, rooms are clean, breakfast is great and last but not least, hosts are very friendly and communicative.

Pros: The 80+ years old owner was very hospitable and talkative. Cons: 1. Bed: There were multiple stains on the sheets, very old blankets, extremely thin pillows 2. Room: The heater is the 1950s radiator heater that the hotel staff needed to use a wrench to control. The furniture looked like something you found in a boarding school 50+ years... More

On the spur of the moment we decided to add Delphi to our Greek Mainland trip so we arrived in Delphi without hotel reservations. There was a bicycle race just concluding and the main street was crowded so we headed up into the back streets and the first hotel we found was Castraki. We got a good rate on a... More

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The Hotel has been renovated and even has a new hotel (by the same owner and the same name) right next to it. We were particularly struck by the warm hospitality extended by our host. The rooms are spacious and new - with a beautiful prospect of the Corinthian Gulf and bay area. The... More

Extremly poor breakfast : a boiled egg and chemical orange juce, powder milk and coffee and chocolate. Not so cheap in those conditions. Bathroom without ventilation. Difficult parking The only positive thing is the view.

No parking, difficult to find. No fridge, no internet, dirty towels, small tv. Breakfast was just bread, butter, coffee. On the other hand, owners were friendly and the building was new, but still.... I Wouldn't recommend it.

Can't beat the view from your hotel room window, Delphi is a wonderful town to explore and the ruins are a marvel. Hotel does feel a bit rundown, though, and hope there' some investment in service and upkeep.

The hotel is on the hill, as most of the city is. The charming owner will make your stay even more pleasant. Make sure you get the "room with the view" and that can only compare with the view from Delf. Well, maybe not. A nice, charming, little, quiet town. Worth to have a supper in the evening in one... Likes: - Located on a quiet street, away from the noise of main street. - Easy to park. - Nice old man owning the hotel, who will serve you with a smile: ice, extra pillows, hair dryer, and advice. - As we were almost alone in the hotel, it was very quiet. - Airco and hot water are working without...
