We stayed at this property twice during our recent visit to Athens. At the end of October and in mid-November. The hotel is very nice overall. The lobby, room and breakfast area were all very well maintained. The proximity to the subway and the centre of Athens is also very good. While in Athens the daily temperature was between 17... The hotel is close to a Metro station. The room was clean. The room (double room) was very, very small. The mattress was not very comfortable. The hotel is located exactly in one of Athens most circulated intersection, cars passing all day and all night. The so called Greek breakfast is not Greek at all. Nothing “local” about it. We... The furniture is old fashioned, but it is extremely clean! They even change the sheets every morning. Breakfast is very good. Staff is nice and polite. The location is very good because the metro station is just 2 minutes away and metro is the best way to go around, it is very organized. The neighborhood is not too nice, but... More

The hotel is about a 2 minuet walk to the metro, which is the best way to get around. It's very clean, easy and cheap (1.40 for 90 minuet use). Just beware of the round about which is very busy so you might have to dodge traffic to cross the road. Also, the hop on hop off bus stops at... More

We arrived in Athens and stayed 2 nights here before joining a tour. The hotel is quiet and a 5-7 min walk to the metro. The room we stayed in was quite small for 2 people but we were only staying 2 nights so that's what we chose. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They recommended a great place... More

The hotel is situated in the center of Athens, it is very easy to reach (by foot or by metro) all the important places. A big plus is the private parking because Athens is an extremely crowded city, so it is nearly impossible to find a parking place. The reception guys were extremely helpful, they gave us a lot of... I like the staff. It is very helpful. Clean hotel and very good location, close to metro station and taxi available around it all time as well as close to restaurants and city center. The decoration and ambience of the hotel are very cosy and warm. Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends and stay in it again when... More

The staff at the Katerina Hotel is very helpful and friendly! The rooms are clean and of a reasonable size. The hotel is ideally located; only a 2-minute walk from the Metaxourghio metro station. I would go there again!

Experienced friendly and helpfull staff at check-in. Rooms are small but fine, slightly outdated though. Breakfast is simple, not a lot of fresh products (some fruits only). Breakfast supplies or cleaning tables not always as adequate. Location is good, metro station across the square and towards Plaka or Monasteraki is only a few euro's per taxi. Price/quality is good.
