The area is very creepy and you can't stay safe. The aircondition was not working and the heating was not working. Throughout the day is very cold and you can not warm up. The rooms are clean but very old. It is ok for one night but thats all. Stay safe and be careful.

There's only one plus of this hotel - localization which is exact center of Athens and you don't have to walk much to reach all the most important atractions (don't buy bus/metro ticket - it won't be necessary). And that's the end of the list of pluses for the hotel. The area was creepy, even if I saw police around... More

Room was very warm, no air conditioning. No hot water in our room, just a shower tray with a shower head on a hose. Spent 5 hours in hotel before moving elsewhere. Worst of all is the area around the hotel which is rife with Junkies, Prostitutes and down and outs. The area itself is worth avoiding, taxi driver was... More

PROS:15 minute walk to main attractions; fantastic price; large balcony with sunset view; sink in room; police presence in the hotel; free internet in lobby CONS: shared toilet and shower; beds and pillows were very uncomfortable; zero amenities; sketchy immediate neighborhood

The area is protected with all the police around which is good, but I still don't feel safe at all. The staff is LOVELY but the room is awful and doesn't feel secure at all... Seriously considering to up & go somewhere else even though I've paid :( DEFINITELY don't stay here if you're a girl, even if you're on... More

Stayed there 2 years ago.I returned now and i saw how the things changed. The area is full of cops and I felt more than secured. The room was very clean, as all the hotel. The staff , very nice, ready to serve you. Good choice as a budget hotel. highly recommended.

Arrived here amidst the greek transport strikes! Hotel was kind enough to organise someone to pick us up from airport despite all public transport being on strike (and we arrived late at night) On arrival george, receptionist, gave us a detailed map all highlighted on how to get around the city (and where to avoid during the protests) I'll agree...
