This is a nice 3 star hotel from the point of view of somebody visiting Athens on vacation. The hotel is relatively recently renovated (3 to 5 years ago) with clean and tidy rooms, beds, bathrooms. Good buffet breakfast. Roof terrace with views of Akropolis. The location is quite good, only 5 minute walk from the Monastiraki metro station (40...

This little hidden gem is a great base from which to explore Athens - it's close to restaurants, bars, transport and attractions. You can walk up to the Acropolis in half an hour if you really want to! Some rooms are bigger than others, but all are clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the included breakfast is so...

We visited this hotel as a school group (2 adults and 6 students). The service was great and the food was amazing. This hotel was part of our tour package with Aristotle travel and thus our service was great. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The roof top terrace affords beautiful views of the Acropolis and the Athens skyline....

We stayed at this hotel a few times while we were traveling through Greece. The shower floods the bathroom everytime so don't leave anything...

Staying in Psirri / Gazi

Neighborhood Profile
Psirri / Gazi
Side-by-side neighborhoods Psirri and Gazi provide some of the city’s prime nightlife. The almost claustrophobic streets of Psirri feature an interesting blend of original small businesses with the restaurants, cafés and bars that have recently sprouted up. The central artery of Agion Anargiron Street has lively places to eat or drink. Further west, you can visit the peaceful ancient cemetery of Keramikos, then cross busy Pireos Street to find yourself in Gazi. With the huge Technopolis performance and art complex converted from old gasworks at its heart, you really have to come at night to appreciate this maze of bars at its best, although a daytime stroll will allow you to admire the excellent street art.
