Convenient location, safe and secure environment, professional and helpful staff, tasty breakfast offerings and comfortable rooms...a wonderful hotel at a fraction of the price of the name brands. What more can one expect, especially when they graciously provided us with upgraded accommodations? When we were initially looking to reserve lodging for our visit to Athens, we were appalled by the seemingly exorbitant hotel prices at several of our favorite international haunts. Admittedly, we were reluctant to try the Pallas Athena Grecotel Boutique Hotel, even with its very good reviews. However, we were not disappointed, would highly recommend it to other travelers and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is centrally located close to Omonoia Square. Room has many amenities but I would rather say a bit outdated. On the positive side, i loved the lobby and the art installations, the breakfast and the very very professional and smiling staff.

Hotel has quite good location and nice neighborhood. + people at the reception desk were very polite, nice and good sense of humor.they upgraded our booking and we have receivers a very interesting room.two separated bathrooms are perfect, especially when u are not traveling alone. big cozy terrace with a view to the square.tea, coffee in the room. lovely design. -breakfasts could be better. and the don’t refuel the room bar by white wine and green tea bags.

Nice hotel. Not the best spot, apparently close to some shady areas, but near enough to all the major points of interest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a large selection of food. Beds were comfortable and clean.

We stayed for 7 nights at the lovely establishment and enjoyed every day of our holiday. When booked it was under 5 star hotels on the booking app I used. I definitely have to say this is Greek 5 star (not meant in a derogatory way) as the room could have been bigger and a bit more modern but this certainly does not take away the fact the hotel & all it's staff were absolutely magnificent. Made some good friends here and would certainly recommend. Situated in the heart of Athens you may be left a little disappointed with the views from the rooms as it is very much a central city block. But the way Athens is I'm not sure it would be much better anywhere else as Athens is in a serious need of renovating and investment from their government. But back to the hotel itself I can not fault it. The breakfast was excellent and every morning there are great options and you are greeted with a smile everytime and the service is again wonderful. Maybe the best way to describe the whole experience is 5* service in a 4* hotel. But I would take it that way round any day rather than the other way round.
