The hotel Dore is situated in a residential area not too far from the center of Athens. The closest metro station is Victoria Station and that is a good 15-20 minute walk. I stayed here in April and I agree with the previous traveller. Breakfast is a big downfall especially if you are trying to enjoy cold coffee together with the cleaning staff who is shouting and smoking. You also don't need a wake-up call.
