Small rooms, hot water is not working. There is not shampoo. Located in strange district. Good breakfast, helpful and cheerful personnel. It is ok for the price that they offer but i dont stay there again.

We had a great time in Athens and stayed in the Marina Hotel. You will read about the bad area it is in - not true. It is located a few minutes walk to all of the best sites and near Omonia Square where you can catch the hop on hop off buses or the metro. The room was fine... More

The hotel is clean and according to their specifications. Located in the heart f the city it's easy to move around from here however the neighbourhood is very bad. We found a way around it..take the main road instead of the alley way at night . Feels safer. Breakfast isn't all that great..however it's ok if u just need to... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during during our stay in Athens and was very nice. Everything what we expect and agreed we get. Only what i didin't expect to see very dirty streets in the area, and maybe you can feel not so safe during night walking in the area. Everything else was very good and can recomend to... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during our stay in Athens. The hotel is located very close to Omonia square metro station. Reading the reviews about the area tend to make you feel unsafe but we never found it so. We arrived by ferry at midnight and a cab ride to the hotel cost us 28 EUR. The rooms were... More

I booked hotel Marina because it had good reviews and the price was affordable. It exceeded my expectations. It is very clean, just a little dated. The front desk was very understanding on changing dates and professional and they took care of us. Thank you Mr. Niko. We'll come back.

Stayed in Marina hotel during July and the hotel was nice and basic (get what you pay for). The room had a big bed, was clean and spacious and the bathroom was also clean. The room we were in didn't have a balcony and the only view from the window was into other apartments across the building. The area it... More

Stayed 2 nights going and coming from the Cyclades. Hotel is close to Omonia Street and about a 40 min walk to the top of the Acropolis. There is also restaurants and shopping close by. Georges was very kind, helpful and informative about the area. Breakfast Buffet was good.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2016. The location of the hotel is a bit spotty, but very close to Omonia train station and you could possibly walk to the Constitution Sq (Syntagma) and the Hellenic Parliament. If you don't want to walk, metro is 2 to 3 stops to Acropolis Museum area, Plaka neighborhood and other attractions... More
